This is why you dont buy home center shiplap if you want a true custom look and result..he install like a pro..but there was really nothing pro about this install..it came out ok..but far from pro and he didn't care if he made other trades job hard by not adding the nails.
When he mentioned he always try to hit a stud just shows he doesn't have or knows about the different attachments techniques..and he didnt go over any measurements or how he calculated how many boards he needs or the material he was using..video just wasn't that informative.
