It's about recognizing your own worth. Recently, I came across a comment that really caught my attention. The commenter disagreed with my views on narcissists wanting us back. I can't recall who made the comment, but it made me think, and I want to address this topic in today's video. Feeling like the narcissist doesn't want you back is a common reaction, and I completely understand why you might feel this way. It seems as though they are indifferent, perfectly fine without you, and this might lead you to believe they genuinely don't want you back. This understanding comes from being devalued by them, leading to a diminished sense of self-worth. My perspective comes from a six years post-narcissistic relationship. I've been in your shoes and have moved forward from that point. As I've mentioned in previous videos, it took four years for a Hoover attempt to occur. Four years is no short period, and such attempts don't happen without significant reason, especially considering the lengths they went to, involving the police and tarnishing my reputation.
I want to emphasize the importance of recognizing your own value. Narcissists don't just choose anyone; they conduct a thorough selection process before targeting someone. My goal is for you to rediscover and return to the person you were before the relationship. Healing and understanding the narcissist's mindset are central themes of our channel. To put it simply, if you've been considered a Grade A Supply, it means you were seen as someone of high value to the narcissist. Being a Grade A Supply involves being kind, loving, and supportive, essentially someone who uplifts and builds up the narcissist. You played a significant role in their lives, helping them grow beyond where they were when you first met. If you consistently provided such high-quality support, you embody the true essence of an empath.

This video is ABSOLUTELY amazing and exactly what I needed at this very moment. The fake profile requests the fake TikTok and Messenger messages are insane. Im glad im not the only one who can relate this. The always on alert when you receive a message request. I know im grade A supply and that he is lost without me even though I know he has only females. When he hoovered before I took him back the final time he saw to me “I cant do this thing called life without you “ I bet his narc ass cant. I shouldn’t have taken him back. How do we know who is the narcissist? When things become so twisted that you can’t tell anymore.
It can be really challenging to identify a narcissist when things get confusing. Look for consistent patterns of manipulation, lack of empathy, and a need for constant admiration. Trust your instincts and seek support if you need clarity.

I agree.my ex even told me love is not enough. In my thoughts: love is not enough, but love can do the impossible. She ghosted me, silent treatment me. But I accept her cuz I love her but I make sure I stand in the truth and make her see I choose God over everything and I don't tolerate wrong doing. She's rich. I'm average. Got age difference but I'm single she has kids and ex husband to take care of sadly, she treated me poorly and put me in 3rd party situation. I turn silent I'm observing cuz I'm a super empathetic she's cheating bettayeing lying to me also to her friends and family shes wearing a mask and only to me she shown her true self. She discuss her feelings of emptiness but I cannot stand the ghosting. She came with sweet talk and I love you. I doubt the apology was sincere but looks like she she knows what she did to me and my mother. I ask her for reconciliation as friends she said she can't it's too difficult after she falsely accused me I'm worse than her ex husband and emotionally blackmail me. I didn't expect she would do this when I correct her and tell her attitude towards me. She become angry and disappointed and needs to clarify. I laugh 😂 cuz after she ghost me she'll message me long reacting to my post exposing a narcissistic she is telling me to stop posting and speculating but didn't address the issue or what she wanna do with this relationship she put me in delusion, confusion it's hard for me to trust and look at her the same. So I block her. I don't know why she loves me I don't have anything to give her then my honesty, love care. Faith and affection I become honest from the beginning I'm serious to settle down and I date you to marry she just agree and provide for my needs I didn't know I was being bribe or lobe bomb. As time goes I can see she's untrustworthy and unreliable I feel my life and hheart is wasn't safe and value cuz she's after material 3D💔💔💔🙏

It's so much true what you are saying.she took all my finisher to move in with another man.and she she discovered that i have replaced everything she took.she started a contact through a child.she was posting the new guy but now she removed the guy.i ended blocking even the child bcz she was using her to talk to me..Thank you.

You know , I really appreciate the nature of these kind of videos , but let’s be honest. The narcissist never cared about us in the first place. We are just one of probably many suppliers in their haram garage. The narcissist discards us , but I’m to believe their whole life is falling apart without me. Yeah maybe some are , but all I’m saying is this isn’t always the case.
