Now, let’s get into today’s discussion. We are going to talk about how your departure impacted the narcissist. This is an important topic, so let’s unpack it together. When we reflect on everything that occurred during the relationship, we can't ignore the feelings of devaluation and the process of discard. These experiences can be incredibly painful, and it is essential to understand how they unfold.
During the relationship, you may have encountered many harmful behaviors, including lies and manipulation. Gaslighting is a term that often comes up in these discussions, and it can be particularly damaging. Gaslighting involves making someone doubt their reality or perceptions, and it can drive anyone to feel confused and unsettled.
Additionally, tactics like projection and triangulation are common strategies used by narcissists. Projection involves attributing their own negative traits or feelings onto someone else, while triangulation involves creating a dynamic where the narcissist pits people against each other to maintain control and power. These tactics can leave you feeling isolated and questioning your own worth.
Now, let’s talk about the discard phase. It’s crucial to understand that the narcissist often plans for the discard. This phase is a part of the abuse cycle and is, unfortunately, inevitable. When a narcissist finds someone who serves as a high-quality source of supply-like you-it can be an intense experience. If you are watching this video, you may have felt overwhelmed and confused after your relationship with a narcissist. You might be searching for answers, trying to make sense of the insidious behaviors you experienced.
Let me share something important: narcissists often underestimate the people they target. This underestimation can lead to significant consequences, especially when you leave them. When you decided to depart from the narcissist, you created a powerful impact that they did not see coming. Narcissists often operate under a grandiose sense of self, believing they are entitled to control and manipulate those around them. They genuinely do not expect you to escape their grasp. They rely on tactics like love bombing and creating trauma bonds to keep you hooked. These trauma bonds can feel addictive, as they involve intense emotional highs and lows, much like a roller coaster ride.

Wow! Just to give you some confirmation about your journey, I said a prayer yesterday to The Most High, Ahayah, and your 'specific' words used in this video answered everything I took to Him. Today was the first time I visited your channel. All praise and Glory to Ahayah. Thank you for letting your light shine in a world full of darkness. May your healing words reach the masses. A new subscriber here xx

I have no interest at all giving this toxic individual attention as in the last 2 weeks i have received friend requests through fake profiles & just recently received a message through spam which i did not respond too.
They dont know what they had until its gone their loss.

It's great to see you setting boundaries and refusing to engage with toxic behavior! Recognizing your worth and moving on is so empowering. It truly is their loss, and you deserve to focus on healthier connections. Thank you for sharing your strength!
