I honestly think you've saved my life! I'm only in my 30's but have been working at home for a year and I just wasn't really moving my body enough at all, sometimes morning walks but just stuck in a chair all day and was starting to just feel terrible, plus I have diabetes in my family, and I found these videos and they are just so good! I can do them morning, during my lunch break and after work, I actually look forward to them, they are fun and easy, not having to learn any complicated steps, and are uplifting. And there's a lot of variety, like if I'm feeling particualry tired or am short on time I can just do a 10 min one, that's still a good 10 mins of moving my body and getting circulation going, so thank you so much for these!

It's a great way to stay energized and be more productive at work, while also lowering your blood sugars, etc. In case you haven't seen it, I put up a post about a 2 minute movement challenge so you could add that into your day as well (basically moving for 2 minutes every hour during the day when you're not exercising). That'll also help. Kudos to you for moving so much in the day...that's commendable for sure!
Another great workout and perfect music choice. I started with high speed jogging for the first interval and finished with a brisk walk on the last one. 😅 Those intervals are more challenging than expected.

You'll still definitely build strength by working the arms without weights. There are just extra benefits to using weights in strength training since it also helps with bone strength. More muscles also means a faster metabolism.

You are psychic. Still nursing the winter crud so have deliberately had an exercise lull. Felt the need to MOVE so chose this. Best choice ever: you hit everything. Nice workout after some harder ones earlier this week. For lateral arm pushes, I am trying to concentrate on squeezing my shoulder blades together instead of focusing on the arms. That seems to help keep me from aggravating whatever is going on in my right arm. Thanks, Jules!

I'm coming back to working out with you after abdominal surgery 2 weeks ago. So I'm doing the gentler, easier ones, working my way back up to intermediate level. This one was just right today. It was so GREAT to find this awesome workout this morning... a day later than you shared it because I had an awful morning yesterday and physically could only manage some gentle stretching. But this is ABSOLUTELY what I needed today to get back to it... my new FAVE!!! Thanks Jules!!!
