    I honestly think you've saved my life! I'm only in my 30's but have been working at home for a year and I just wasn't really moving my body enough at all, sometimes morning walks but just stuck in a chair all day and was starting to just feel terrible, plus I have diabetes in my family, and I found these videos and they are just so good! I can do them morning, during my lunch break and after work, I actually look forward to them, they are fun and easy, not having to learn any complicated steps, and are uplifting. And there's a lot of variety, like if I'm feeling particualry tired or am short on time I can just do a 10 min one, that's still a good 10 mins of moving my body and getting circulation going, so thank you so much for these!

      Wow! Thank you SO much for taking the time to comment. I am thrilled to read how you are fitting exercise at various times throughout the day. It's a great way to stay energized and be more productive at work, while also lowering your blood sugars, etc. In case you haven't seen it, I put up a post about a 2 minute movement challenge so you could add that into your day as well (basically moving for 2 minutes every hour during the day when you're not exercising). That'll also help. Kudos to you for moving so much in the day...that's commendable for sure!

    Another great workout and perfect music choice.
    I started with high speed jogging for the first interval and finished with a brisk walk on the last one. 😅 Those intervals are more challenging than expected.

      Yes, the intervals can definitely be challenging depending on how fast you decide to go. I love intervals since each person can decide the pace.

    We got this workout in today. May be just 22 minutes, but with those sections of fast walks/jogs, that made up for it!

    Thank you again Jules. Down for two weeks with sciatic pain. Started with the 10min gentle walks due to the fact that the outside of my left foot is still numb. Have been increasing as my confidence returns so yes the lull and yes the gratitude for your videos, your energy and this community. The Two Minute Challenge is my goal. Thank you so much Jules. I hope your LOA is a benefit for you.

    I'm 71 and would like to thank you for all the work you put into these videos. Both of my parents died at an age younger than I am now. My hope is to lead a long, healthy life and you are helping me reach those goals. Thanks for the 2 min. movement challenge. I'm starting that today.

    I created a little on-line group 3 years ago today to help my friends and myself keep active through the Covid lockdowns. I simply post trainer’s workouts. We were all so happy to find you about a year ago. Wish we had found you sooner. We’re glad you were our 3rd anniversary trainer today. This episode had my heart rate nice and high with lots of huffing and puffing! You packed a lot into 20 minutes. 😅

    This video is a really good introduction to working with intervals - the 10 second recovery time is a great idea. I'm working on routines with intervals as my back is not yet strong enough to use weights. OK, my day starts now! Thanks, Jules, as ever.

    I came across your workouts while looking for something low impact that packs a punch. I'm mid fifties but have Osteoarthritis of my spine and Fibromyalgia. Absolutely love your videos. The dancing ones cheer me up no end and my strength and mobility is much better. Thank you so much!

    Near the end, we are prompted to think about what we are grateful for...and I am grateful for this day, and I'll be grateful for the next day, and the next. My thought is that if you wake up in the morning, then the rest is a piece of cake! Get up, and get crankin' on makin' it a good day...a GREAT DAY---every day!

    Thank you for your workouts. I've been doing a different video every day since the new year. I love the fact that your workouts are geared for the seniors/beginners. I sometimes do 2 workouts either back to back or later in the day. I see a change in my agility and balance. Grateful for your videos!

    I did a long walk with a friend this morning, and this 20 minute cardio workout was just what I needed to get my heart rate up. What am I grateful for? Besides the obvious (family, my health, friends), I'm grateful for generous souls like you! I checked out your 2-minute movement challenge, and I think it is an outstanding idea!       @@ImprovedHealth I LOVE this 2-minute challenge. As you know, I am a sucker for this sort of thing😁. Depending upon when you get up, and what types of activities you have going on in the day, you could easily get 20 additional minutes of exercise in, 2 minutes at a time. Brilliant!

    April schedule has started and I have say best music ever in this wonderful workout. I never used like this music, now I love it. The tunes in this one were your top 10. All great to work along to. Can I ask... Working arms without weights you really still feel it, is that still strength training or does strength training means weights? Thank you.. Xxx

      You'll still definitely build strength by working the arms without weights. There are just extra benefits to using weights in strength training since it also helps with bone strength. More muscles also means a faster metabolism.

    We only got one in today, but we both have extra steps in today, so maybe that helps a little.
    This one may have been just 22 minutes, but we didn’t feel like we got cheated; it was quite a good workout!!

    You are psychic. Still nursing the winter crud so have deliberately had an exercise lull. Felt the need to MOVE so chose this. Best choice ever: you hit everything. I actually smiled as the IMPROVED HEALTH logo appeared, believing it was literally a sign. Love the two minute challenge. My Fitbit will be my alarm.

    Nice workout after some harder ones earlier this week. For lateral arm pushes, I am trying to concentrate on squeezing my shoulder blades together instead of focusing on the arms. That seems to help keep me from aggravating whatever is going on in my right arm. Thanks, Jules!

    I'm coming back to working out with you after abdominal surgery 2 weeks ago. So I'm doing the gentler, easier ones, working my way back up to intermediate level. This one was just right today. I like those 10 second breaks - good time for a drink of water! Thanks always Jules, for helping me to keep weight off, have more energy, lower my blood sugar and sleep well at night.
