Thank you for all you do DyAnn❤ I’ve been “binging” your videos and find they really help me stay focused on my WHY for fasting! I absolutely love fasting and even fasted through the time change to help my body adjust - it was magical! No where near as drained this time around as the ‘spring forward’ change always would hit me hard.
I’ve lost over 30 lbs w/the 20:4 IF and even sprinkle in a weekly 36 hour (I call it my ‘power fast’) each week and wear my “hungry is where the magic happens” crew cuddle shirt on my power fast days to remind me that not only is this worth the temporary “discomfort” - it reminds me that nothing feels better than waking up after a fast and feeling alert, clear headed, and completely energized and peaceful!!
I learned it here and I feel better at 54 than I did in my 30’s!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
    Thank you again!!

Jan.22 grad, 65 year old and thriving with IF. I have tried it all. Weight watchers was not sustainable for me. I'm one of those who researches everything! I wish I could have found DyAnn's class when I was younger. She breaks it down in super simple terms. These tips #1,#2,#3 are covered and much more in the class that are yours forever!!!!! I just returned from a 5 day trip by plane, I used all my tools and had a great time. I feel great today because I didn't "pig out" and I just lived my authentic life. Thanks DyAnn💝

dyAnn thank you, yesterday i started the fasting, i thought i can only do 12 hrs. But i was able to do 16 hrs. the best about it my husband supports me and joined me. i hope i can stretch it to 18-20 hrs. cause i am feeling the menopause effects. And i am having so much brain fog and feeling so sad in a sense i have no energy. praying that God will also give me courage to do this as my life style. Since i do not work and God truly been our provider, this will also be an alignment to Gods will and healing inside and out of my body and in my Walk with the Lord. Thank you today is my day 2. God bless dyann.

I just want to thank you so much for this video Dy An, it really was the message I needed today! I have been feeling really down and frustrated as I am now the largest person in my friend group. One of my closest friends has lost 50+ pounds by taking Ozempic, another sadly has some health issues including an eating disorder and the others are just naturally slim. I don’t like the feeling of comparing myself to anyone especially people I love, so your message of individual reflection and self-trust was particularly helpful. I really love your videos and the community you have created!

Hi, I have been on a path to listen to my body more for the past year. I have not figured out what my body is holding on to that is preventing me from loosing weight. I have done varying hours of IF for the past 6 months without success. Most of my IF is 16 hrs. I am willing to go to 20 hrs for 2 plus weeks to see if this is what my body needs. Does moderate cardio affect the 20 hr fast?

Thank you for really explaining the importance of eliminating things we think are causing us trouble. I don't know how it is possible to gain 3 pounds of body fat in a few days and loose it in a few days just by eliminating Bri cheese, I ate 3 pieces in 3 days (the only other dairy I am eating now is 1 tlbs grass fed butter). I am looking forward to seeing how my body will respond after 2 weeks. I have been carnivore/ketovore since October 2023. Not working well like it did in 2022. I'm 51 and had a hysterectomy at 25. I don't take hormones and would like my body to get with the program. I am a lean mass hyper responder so I have to have a small amount of vegetables otherwise my blood sugar and ketones head towards keto acidosis. Unfortunately I have been bloated my whole life as a thin person and the carnivore diet is the only thing that fixed that in 2 days, I must still have SIBO. Fasting 20-21 hours a day with two meals is the only thing that has helped to bring my blood sugars down they were in the am 100's all the way upto 569 fasted. The 16/8 fasting for the last 2 years wasn't enough. I appreciate your wisdom and experience. Any thoughts on vegetables that don't bloat? I eat about 160-225 grams of fat 65-80 grams of animal protein and about 20-25 grams of carbs a day. I just lowered the protein from 130 grams and the fat from 250 +. I am less tired at night which is miraculous but my mood isn't as good. 5'5 134 pounds. Would like to loose another 5-10 as I am very small boned. ❤❤❤

What do you want from fasting?
Bloating does not come from fasting! It comes from food your digestive system can no longer tolerate.

      1) I would get another doctor ASAP!
      2) I would do everything I can to prove that to not be true for me.
      3) I would make reducing my blood pressure my JOB!
      4) I am pretty sure insulin resistance does not work that way! I would spend some time researching that implementing things I learn about insulin resistance and how to reverse it, naturally.
