      The 0-60 between MDX type S and the other MDX variants is 1 sec difference. Is that precision crafted performance?
      290 HP versus 355HP, the power output sounds significant but it does not seem proportional. Plus Type S is performance when it comes to the NSX but not on the MDX.

      @@danielmelendez9943 , doesn’t change anything I said. Regular MDX doesn’t look as nice (different front end, smaller wheels, exhaust, etc), no massaging seats, heads up display, ambient lighting, inferior sound system, no air suspension, etc. The power is also very noticeable, I’ve had 5 MDX’s and the Type-S is far superior. You may not feel the value is there but I do and I’ve owned them all so I’m speaking from experience.

      @danielmelendez9943 10 місяців тому

      @@nickns23659 heads up display is gimmicky, massage seats not overwhelming, a great sound system definitely necessary, ambient lighting useless, at the end of the day you buy performance, agility of the suspension to provide sharp handling and steering, for sure torque vectoring that allows the car to feel nimble and agile out of corners. Thus, making it feel smaller and lighter given that the MDX is about 4800lbs.

    Before I watch the video, I place the Ford #1, Acura #2, and Genesis #3. The first 2 I mentioned is definitely geared towards performance, but the Genesis is geared towards luxury first and sport a distant second. If we want "sport" in the Genesis, we will have to get the Coupé or get the smaller siblings. Small = Sport & Large = Luxury in the Genesis world unfortunately.

Back up camera won't work, screen freezes and goes black, transmission just stops working intermittently. Car smells like sulfur. Cats have been replaced but are leaking again. @@Raptor_5.0the data is against you though. My wife's ST is garbage. I had a Mach 1 that ended up having a bad weld in the firewall, causing the suspension to flex and pop like crazy. Ford couldn't fix it, had to hire a lawyer to lemon law it. I test drove an aviator black label, same issues as the explorer. Screen doesn't work. Loud ass clunk from the crappy 10 speed. "Of 31 brands studied, the bottom four worst were Ford, Audi, Lincoln and Land Rover." I can respect that. My dad is on his second q5. Audi isn't much better.

      @@lockheedload well not just me, I have family members and friends with ford trucks all of them over 200k miles and they have zero complaints
      You probably got a bad apple out of the bunch or not keeping up with maintenance

      @@lockheedloadodd I have had mine for 3 years with practically no issues. Other than a highway rattle on the driver side that turned out to be an easy fix.

    That was a fantastic showcase. I own a 21 ST and love it, but it does have its downsides in ride quality. However, with a few mods and a tune, can easily push super high numbers with the ecoboost.

      The MDX has already been proven to be quicker than the GV80 lol. It did well against the ST

    Honestly this was a big shock, I’ve said in other videos that glorified japenese cars are not there with performance against the Germans but now against an American car??? Had my cards on the type s for both but damn I was wrong . Good job ford I guess
