He should have very little body smell, as he doesn't sweat, doesn't excrete anymore, doesn't get tooth rot etc what with his vampiric regeneration. I saw a comment from Lae'zel somewhere that his breath smells of "the blood-iron", probably when he has freshly drunk blood.
