I know I'll got a lot of heat for my opinion here but, my list of top three hard rock songs are 1. Never Been Any Reason by Head East. 2. Stranglehold by Ted Nugent and 3. Working Man by RUSH and my top 3. Rock songs are 1. Get Together by The Youngbloods 2. Whiter Shade of Pale by Procal Harum and 3. Nights in White Satin by The Moody Blues.
Just seeing someone hear that old gem for the first time is rare. I'm old!!!! This song was played on a thing called a radio every 48 minutes, every station, every city for 20 years. not really... but really. I like being old sometimes.
Love 2 see you young people learning and understanding the lyrics and music from us older generation. I'm 60. Respect 2 you all. Greeting from Italy and Belgium. Europa. 🌲
Cannot thank you enough for playing the Studio Version, first time listening. Live Version's are specifically for, after you have gotten to fully understand an Artist. Many reaction channels make that BIG mistake. So, thank you for doing it right.
Hi darlin'...just caught your "Lateralus" reaction while Tool-surfing tonight...checked out yr channel (Led Zep & Heart doing "Stairway) & dug yr energy & enthusiasm for the 🎶. U got a new subscriber in Seattle, lookin forward to more goods, thx!
1:35 I hear ya, this actually sounds very similar in style to an old Playstation RPG's soundtrack, Wild ARMS...to me it's a mix of American western and medieval European styles (I know Zep had a love for Tolkien)...and the game is Japanese, so I give them credit for evoking emotions similar to the greatest rock band ever, Led Zeppelin...if you want a sample, look up the intro, you can probably YT it under, Wild ARMS - Into the Wilderness...
Hun you have to do a lot more Led Zeppelin, love your reactions. You jumping up & grabbing your broom guitar, made my day, absolutely loved it. I also noticed your guitar was a different color, a great guitar player has more then one.
Robert was in touch with R&B and blues in a way that many tried esp in Britain in the 60s but few truly succeeded at. Robert felt it, and then through personal tragedy he lived it.
For the past couple months I’ve been binging reactions. You’re one of my very favorites. I love watching your mind open and expand when experiencing this music. This stuff has been with me for decades of my life, the meanings ever changing as my life changes and progresses. Stairway to Heaven is great. Even better live. This song progresses from foreplay through to an orgasmic explosion 💥 I absolutely love it. Never stop exploring this greatness! 😘
Describes all our celebrities who think if they have gazillions they are entitled to everything, unlike us, the "unwashed masses", who have to struggle just to survive. Thanks for your reaction! Thanks and God Bless!
Now do yourself a favor and watch Heart “Stairway to Heaven” live at the Kennedy center honor. Tribute to Zeppelin with Mr and Mrs Obama in the crowd. 🔥
I'll second the motion for the MSG '73 version of this song, and from the same concert- Jimmy Page's best live guitar performance with 'Dazed and Confused'. Jimmy Page is considered by many, like myself, to be the greatest rock guitarist ever!
Did I hear that correctly ? Did you say the word "EVER" ?? haha. The way you played that blue broom! hats off to the king! Gratulations with your good taste brother, greetings from Switzerland!
My favourite Led Zep: Immigrant Song Since I've Been Loving You When the Levee Breaks Kashmir Babe I'm Gonna Leave You Nobody's Fault But Mine Back Dog Keep your broom handy for some rocking out. 😁🎶
Heart did a very moving rendition of this song at the Kennedy Center Honors for Led Zeppelin in December of 2012, the surviving band members were present, it brought vocalist Robert Plant to tears
Your next reaction should be this song but live 1973 Madison Square Garden. Then..... watch the video of the band Heart doing this song at the Kennedy Center with Jason Bonham playing drums. Jason is the son of the late John Bonham, the original drummer for Led Zeppelin who sadly died in 1980. The group disbanded after John's death as they didn't want to go on without him.
Stairway is incredible….just think Robert was only 20 years old when he wrote the lyrics!!!! My favorite Zeppelin song is KASHMIR since it came out in 1975!!!! Lovin your Zeppelin reactions!!!☮️
Hahahaha!! Watching your air guitar like I did back in 1971...makes me smile. 😁 It's incredible to be able to witness someone open their brain to the greatness of Led Zepplin. I think people my age have heard these tunes so many times that we take the spectacular artistry for granted. Watching you experience these tunes for the first time brings back the wonder I felt so many years ago. Thank you💖.
The most iconic song by the most influential artists in music history. Probably in the top 10 billboard greatest songs/ albums of all time. Dig in. Album by album. Album surprising.
This song holds a special place in my heart and I've watched many reactions to it. What I've noticed, is that when they use the lyrics generator (how does that work?) it consistently gets a key line wrong . . . towards the end there is: "And if you listen very hard The truth will come to you at last" But, the correct word is "tune" not "truth"! I owned the physical album and "tune" was in the liner notes. (sorry to nitpick)
Just put any Led Zeppelin song on and find out it can hang with any bands best hits....it's cool to know how fate plays a role in our musical experiences. Jimmy Page and JPJ were looking for a singer - the guy they choose turned them down but suggested Robert Plant who brought along Bonzo who nobody wanted to play with "because he played too hard" lol the rest is history. Watch the movie The song remains the same and learn a ton about them while having the best soundtrack you could imagine.
MAN! YR SPIRIT ISSS' RGHT'! Absolutely luv ' Way u break-it-dwn! I would like to give you a list I made up a while back of classic artists I like, and some of their songs: Pink Floyd's 'Echoes' and 'Time'. Martin Denny- 'Quiet Village' and 'Exotica'. Moody Blues- 'Nights in White Satin' and 'Legend of a Mind'. Supertramp- 'Goodbye Stranger' and 'Even in the Quietest Moments'. Rush- 'Freewill' and 'Xanadu'. Frank Zappa- 'I'm the Slime', 'Pink Napkins' and 'Inca Roads'. Steely Dan- 'Deacon Blues'. Led Zeppelin- live versions from the TSRTS concert, ('Dazed and Confused', and 'Stairway to Heaven'), ELO- 'Livin' Thing', and 'Tightrope'. Yes- 'Wonderous Stories', 'Awaken', and 'I've Seen all Good People'. I can't stop! Joao and Astrud Gilberto- 'The girl from Ipanema', and 'Agua de Beber'. Also, groups like ELP, CCR, The Doors, The Bee Gees, the Beatles, Renaissance, the Who, (Tommy), and Jethro Tull- 'Sossity,' 'Songs from the Wood'. Also, a novelty parody band 'Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band'.
Live version from Madison Square Garden also listen to "Kashmir" live version from Celebration Day Concert. Their best song and was their last performance.
Don’t get me wrong this song is legendary and it’s one of the best songs to ever be written and played, but you should check out When the Levees Break, The Mountain Song, and my favorite the Immigrant Song(this one will rock your face off)
Awesome reaction Sceez, but I must say when it comes to Zep, always choose the live version over studio when possible. Not taking anything away from their studio stuff, it's great, but Zeppelin live is unbelievable. You literally won't believe your eyes or ears. I Can't Quit You Babe from Royal Albert Hall 1970 will melt your face with the blues. Strap in Sceez. That's all I can say.✌🏼 ua-cam.com/video/o3XpvxdlhAA/v-deo.html
1 don't know about best rock song ever but it's up there. I'd put War Pig's by Black Sabbath ahead of it. Free Bird and Simple Man along with Hotel California up there too
Next reaction ( VOB)"ENTER SANDMAN" (METALLICA COVER)VOB BAND ROCK 3 HIJABERS from 🇮🇩 LIVE IN FRANCE.TRANS MUSICALES DE RENNES 2021👍 AMAZING SUPER TALENTED 🤟🤟🤟
You got the general message right away, but it goes much deeper. You would have to have a better understanding of Jimmy Page and his passion for the Occult and then you'll hear all of the reference to it. He is truly an interesting character.
10:52 Seeing a grown man have that much fun reacting to stairway renews my faith in humanity. 🤣
Ain’t that the truth!
Pure joy.
Per usual, LOVED ur reaction Sceez! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Man, you've no idea. Keep going. It gets better.
Wow bro you have an amazing insight to the meaning only first time hearing the greatest classic rock song ever.

Watch this live 1973!! Crazy good!!
You about to go down that never ending zeppelin rabbit hole
Stairway is great and all but here's a secret - Kashmir is lead singer Robert Plant's favorite Zep song and I have to agree.
Dazed and Confused, Kashmir, Trampled Under Foot, Immigrant Song, Ten Years Gone... and many more great ones to choose from!
You were spot on by the meaning of the song. Great reaction. Best band ever. Enjoy.
Love 2 see you young people learning and understanding the lyrics and music from us older generation. I'm 60. Respect 2 you all. Greeting from Italy and Belgium. Europa. 🌲
Aloha Itsly, I
First reaction that nailed the meaning

Classic. No other word. True greatness. I love your reactions man. No pretension, just joy and enthusiasm.
Experiencing this great music will change you.
Just subbed. Not sure how far along you are on your discovery of rock music of this era but I’m gonna watch. It’s an amazing journey.
Please turn your volume up, it, s Rock music!
Each transition is the next step up that stairway. Closer to death and the less time you have to change.
I just love watching a new generation get into led zeppelin
You are not wrong. Your interpretation is spot on

We used to play the broom !
Stairway to Heaven was released on November 8, 1971.
It IS the #1 song ALL-TIME on FM Radio.
You got it! The right reaction! Awesome!
I love your reactions..🤣❤️
The greatest band ever!
Well I was 13 when this hit...never mind, OK well between 1969 and 1971 4 albums were created and....never mind again just listen to ALL of it.
I'll second the motion for the MSG '73 version of this song, and from the same concert- Jimmy Page's best live guitar performance with 'Dazed and Confused'. Jimmy Page is considered by many, like myself, to be the greatest rock guitarist ever!
🌴🔥hold on tight this is a true ride🌴wHaaa
LOLx200! Do you ever use that broom for what it was originally created? You are hilarious!
Great reaction to this classic.
Please react to The Rolling Stones’ Can’t you hear me knocking!!
Live my friend! They will blow your mind...even better then the studio! GOATS! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
They sold their souls. This song is satanic.
TRUTH "Led Zeppelin is a problem" lol-yep, there's not enough hours in a day/week to listen to all of their great songs
Did I hear that correctly ? Did you say the word "EVER" ?? haha. The way you played that blue broom! hats off to the king! Gratulations with your good taste brother, greetings from Switzerland!
My favourite Led Zep:
Immigrant Song
Since I've Been Loving You
When the Levee Breaks
Kashmir
Babe I'm Gonna Leave You
Nobody's Fault But Mine
Back Dog
Keep your broom handy for some rocking out. 😁🎶
I would say good selection, but realistically you could have listed a different 10 and it would still be awesome.
Check out the band Heart doing a cover of this song at the Kennedy Center tribute to Led Zeppelin. 🔥🔥🔥
You the best Sceez 🔥🔥
Heart did a very moving rendition of this song at the Kennedy Center Honors for Led Zeppelin in December of 2012, the surviving band members were present, it brought vocalist Robert Plant to tears
When you said western You made me think of Jon Bon Jovi: Wanted Dead or Alive!! Great song! Led Zep is legendary no doubt! ❤️
Oooppps! Yh' Sceez, as said MUST Do tha' LIVE MSG Version, Can see wth own eyes Genius of Jimmy Page's 👐 ❤️ Xxx.

It's THE. ONE.
My very first live concert was Led Zeppelin at Boston Gardens. I was in high school at the time. They sang stairway to heaven. It was awesome. 😊
Live msg is obligatory

I Enjoy your philosophical ,mostly correct , (but isn't all music subjective,), thoughts on the lyrics of every song you do

You should listen to a song called, winds of change by the Scorpions. It is AWESOME!
❤️

Will you please be the first of the reactors that I follow, to do their "Misty Mountain Hop". My personal fav Zep song. ? Please!
Live version from Madison Square Garden also listen to "Kashmir" live version from Celebration Day Concert. Their best song and was their last performance.

The live version brings this song alive. I wish you reacted to that.
Considered one of the greatest rock ballads of all times…
It got radio play like it was the best ever. I would probably put it somewhere in the top 100.
DROPS! 💓💓💓💓💓💓
💯
React to Kashmir from them, its awesome😀
Do Led Zeppelin No Quarter. Then follow it with TOOL'S remake/cover.
GOATS🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
GOAT band
Got to watch the live
Highway to hell next plz

I must say always listen to the studio versions first to have a greater appreciation for the live versions.
@@Reno_Slim I should've clarified...if you can do both, yes I agree. Lots of times reactors wont revisit the same song again. ✌🏼
Always listen to studio first.
now that you've done Stairway to Heaven you need to do Highway to Hell
That's AC/DC, not Led Zeppelin (that's for Sceez!)
Yes this song is the GOAT but another close one is Immigrant Song.
Welcome to the club. Semper Fi

Chase this. What Robert Plant did is way bigger than it seems.
This is not the greatest rock song ever but its up there 🔥 reaction
This is not the greatest song in the world, this is just a tribute.
you havent heard to close to the edge yet
Song isn't as deep as people think. The lyrics are cryptic for sure but it's about materialism and greed according to Plant.
