Chris, i remember watching your videos for the first time when i was around 9-10 years old, and loving the idea of being so strong i could do a muscle-up. Years and years passed by and for a while i gave up on that goal, and even now i still struggle with the idea of it. But i trained harder and harder with your philosophy to get out of your comfort zone. I tried new sports, new ways of training, and learning and growing stronger. I will get that muscle up and youll be the first person i tag in it.
This channel is such an inspiration for so many people around the world. It’s amazing how you can promote the uniting power of calisthenics and it really inspires me.
