I aspire to be as strong as you guys. 4 months into calisthenics and im stronger than i ever been. Thank you for introducing me to this lifestyle Chris
After listening to this guy story and how he has been into Calisthenics for 6 years... I wouldn't worry much again about not being able to do a mucsle up so quick.. Even though I am 35 I will keep up the consistency of doing my regular excercise... I started Calisthenics in 2020
Yes I really still can't do it bro...what workout programme do you want be to follow... I don't want it to sound like an Excuse I don't have a Calisthenics Bars around me...I live in Italy and its not found every where...sometimes I manage to come across one when travelling
@@EasyboyFitness hello there, I'd like to share my knowledge with you, sir. I started calisthenics in 2022, and I am 21 years old. I had zero workout experience before trying calisthenics out. I achieved my first muscle up during my 5th month (it took me 3 months to build strength and progressing muscle up took me 2 months) Doing strict wide pull ups increased my pulling strength drastically in a span of 2 months. Using false grip in pull ups also helped me in the transition from pull to push part of the muscle up. And lastly, explosive chest-to-bar pull ups helped me use more strength in the pulling part in order to lessen the strain from the pushing part, which is until now, is my weak point. Aside from that, practicing the negative portion of muscle up also helped me understand how the motion of the movement is supposed to be. I also practice jumping muscle up in a dip bar which I start in a squat position underneath and infront of the bar, then jump a little bit backwards, and when my chest passes the bar I'd pull myself back to the bar in order to 'hook' my chest on top of it. Lastly, don't be afraid of using a resistance band, it really helps a lot. And there are the tips that I can give you base on my training experience. Don't forget to do your pull day twice a week to get the optimal gains you need, sir. Good luck and stay healthy!
Remember what he said. He only maxes out once per week. Although most people puss out way before their max because they are not serious or committed, I am. I only max out once per week but at 33 I am riddled with injuries because I also work manual labor 40 hours per week so it doesn't add up.
I loved the style you used in interviewing Gustavo, when he was showing his moves you followed suit you didn't put your own even though you have been in this game for many years. Keep up the good work
My all respect to the guy!! So humble and this is what calisthenics about. No matter how strong you are you realise that you are actually weak and there are a lot of things to learn yet.
Really like this kinda style of video’s just talking to other athletes and see what they are up to and hoe they got where they are now, great to see you more in the community💪🏻🔥

Praises to Christ, who has redeemed the world, and in his great mercy and love only requires from us these things to have everlasting life, to repent and turn from our sins and sin no more, to live righteously for Christ, love others as yourself, and Believe he is the one true God, continue in this way and you will conquer all fears and sins which plague you, and inherit eternal life with our King. Much love in Christ friends, I pray the Lord of all things good reach your hearts, and may you open your hearts to him.

Here's what a psychologist-artist-athlete sees in this vid: First message i get just if i were a newbie to your channel is modesty. Chris and Gustavo wanting to learn from eachother. But there's more: at first Its cool how you guys understand eachother while completely ignoring the language wall, you just do a muscle up and level the wall like its nothing. Then the techniques, the fundamentals and not only in body, but in mind. Chris, I love how you're allways devouring knowledge, and that shines when you actually speak a very understandable spanish in this vid. You guys are citizens of the world. I wish you all the best luck and success, eager to master my tec aswell to look up to join you some day. Keep up that inspiration at perfect form!
