Hi Marie, I'm sorry to hear about your father n law. I will be praying for a speedy recovery for him.🙏 You've made me hungry now with that delicious chicken salad. It's easy, peasy, which is helpful with busy schedules. I'm glad you are back. Thank you, and I'm making this now 🥰🎉.
OH DOLL !!! I felt so terrible that the steam hurt you ... 😮 I just wanted to help you !!! I pray it wasn't as bad as it looked to me, but I know it hurt really bad. I have been praying you will have a speedy recovery 🙏. ~Tiffany
Looks delicious! I always cheat and buy my chicken salad but am now inspired to do this on my own. I do also love the grapes in this salad, maybe a touch of green onion too. Thanks for the shredding tip! Blessings to your family at this difficult time.
Was not really looking for a recipe but had planned on making CS for church. God's timing is pretty awesome! Making this Saturday! Thank you very much!

💥 First time viewer, and now a subscriber!🎉 I love chicken salad! It's also good as a snack on buttery crackers with a good glass of sweet tea, or a cold Coke. I particularly like it on a croissant with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. I've been looking for a good chicken salad recipe, and this looks perfect. I can't wait to try this recipe, and I'm heading over to your website.very nice video!

Hi Mitzi! Thanks for watching! So glad you enjoyed the chicken salad video 😊 Great idea for the spring and summer dishes! I’ll put a few favorites on the menu! Hugs, Marie
your recipe looks delicious! I can't wait to try it. Prayers for your father in law. It was cute how you shared with your dog, she's a lucky dog to share your recipes! Thanks for all you do.
My grandma always loved big pieces of celery in chicken and egg salad. It gave it texture and crunch. She would slice it 1/4” thick an not slice down the middle if the stalk was under 3/4”. But some of the wide ends she would split to half inch wide. It is a matter of taste really but that was how I grew up. That looks delicious, I will have to try.
Hi Todd! Thanks for watching! Love the memory about your grandma’s chicken salad 😊 I think I would like her version with the big celery pieces - yum! Excited for you to try the recipe. Stay tuned, Marie
You do a beautiful job sharing your skills in a concise and organized way. I always learn something from your videos. Now wondering if a bulky Instapot should be in my not-so-spacious kitchen. Show me more reasons why I might put one to use. Thanks.
Please also convey a recipe for egg salad sandwiches, though I think you can sub in egg for the chicken. These types of sandwiches remind me of my grandmother who loved “tea sandwiches.” She could have devoured tea sandwiches breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Hi Rose! Thanks for watching and for taking time to leave such a sweet note 💖 So happy to hear you’re enjoying the videos and the recipes! My heart is full. Thank you, Marie
I’m so picky about my chicken salad and my tuna salad. For my chicken salad I poach the chicken then cut it in cubes. I add pecans and red seedless grapes and yes Miracle Whip. Miracle Whip is what I was raised on, neither of my parents liked mayonnaise. They only ate it if it was something prepared by someone else. They used Miracle Whip. Since that is what I was raised on and I don’t care for mayonnaise that’s what I use. For my tuna I use chopped boiled eggs and chopped sweet pickle and Miracle Whip. No onion or celery in either one. Like I said I’m picky😂😂😂😂 I’ve never used my mixer to shred the chicken. I usually just cube it but that really looks easy. May have to try it. Also I usually serve it on a croissant
I love this new recipe because I love tarragon. This is my first time watching you and it is a pleasure. You’re very calm and precise and that’s what I like. I’m so sorry you just burnt yourself. I hope you’re OK.
Hi Irene! Thanks for watching and for your kind note 😊 Yes tarragon is one of my favorites too! The steam was hot but it didn’t even leave a mark fortunately. I feel like I burn myself almost everyday 😅 Stay tuned for more new recipes soon ❤️, Marie
Hi Joan! Thanks for watching and for taking time to leave a note! Always love to hear from viewers 😊 Please stay tuned for more new recipes soon 👍🏻My best, Marie
Yum...glad you demonstrated shredding Chicken with a mixer. Never realized you could do this, I really cannot stand shredding Chicken but this makes it easy.
Looks delicious! I never thought of my stand mixer shedding chicken. Thanks for the tip, I have always used my pampered chef salad chopper. It works for chopping about anything...
First time seeing your video . Loved it. Explained everything so well. Did not know you could shred chicken with mixer. Good to know! Also thats the first time I’ve seen an instant pot and how it works. Thank you and I’ll enjoy more of your videos. Love chicken salad. Will try your recipe! 😀

I made this and it is delicious! I didn’t have fresh tarragon but I had some dried. Not many stores here in Arizona carry fresh tarragon. I chopped up some Romain lettuce and put a pile of your chicken salad on top.❤
