I just showed this to my occupational therapist and we agreed it's off the hook! I'm working hard on learning to walk again after my stroke, but if I was going to be confined to a wheelchair long term I would want one of these desperately. I intend to walk, not roll out of this rehabilitation center. I need to show you the modified vice device my friend made so I can crochet one handed. It has revolutionized my post-stroke paralyzed life to be able to do some crafting again. I live to make things, so losing use of my dominant hand was terrible beyond words. I have started drawing some with my right hand, but most crafts need both hands. I attempted an origami butterfly with one hand, but I got stuck on the details. The vice is great to hold the crochet hook still, but it has some limitations I will need to get used to. It is as good as it can be short of an actual hand. I appreciate it 100000 percent. It is wonderful. I wish I knew how to show you.

Thank you for always keeping us engaged with your creative content and also keep up the good work through your Not a Wheelchair business Zack and Cambry.
I’m a wheelchair user based in the UK. My pet peeve is the cost of wheelchairs so you have no idea how impressed that you have created this product and bought it to market. As a child I would have given anything to have had a device like this (I’m now 48). I hope that this is the massive success that it truly deserves to be. If you ever consider selling in the uk I know this would be a huge hit. I hope there is comes to the UK market, if it does I would be honoured to be involved in some way. Thank you for making this. It is going to give so many people the independence that we all deserve. Well done.
It doesnt look too hard to build yourself either. Maybe they will some day make their plans open source or something. So people over the world can start building and selling these.
KMX makes recumbent pedal tricycles for kids and AFIK they sell by mail to anywhere. Would still an e-bike kit and diy foot rest to approximate the Kid rig.
Depending on how comfortable you feel handling tools and spending a many hours online researching parts, this isn't that hard to build yourself. I've recently jumped into the deep end, bought a welder and built a cargo bike to transport my son to school without any prior experience in fabrication/bike construction. (my son has a mental and physical disability and the other option would have been the car, which is just stupid on days that have tolerable weather. "Real" cargo bikes are stupid expensive). The "Rig" looks like a simple frame made from square mild steel tubing, a standard e-bike hub motor, battery and control system, as well as assorted bike parts. The most complicated part to replicate is probably the steering mechanism. Not to take anything away from Jerry/Cambry for creating this - the idea is brilliant and the executing looks fantastic - but you yourself or a friend with the appetite to get into this could probably build this or something similar at about the same cost, including basic welding equipment, not counting labour. And feeling comfortable with welding opens up many new ways to build/fix things.
If Zack is reading this, maybe instead of selling it fully assembled, it's possible to ship all the parts disassembled and be assembled by the end-user or a local bike shop that could help them put it together? It could possibly lower the cost of manufacture as there isn't a full on assembly cost but the cost to package the parts and to ship it. Maybe it could be something to keep in mind.

For future development it might be an idea to have almost a 'child lock' on the power output settings, so a parent has the ability to lock it in to the lower setting should they want to for safety reasons like the child has balance issues (or thinks they're Evil Kinevil) Would also look into fitting brake levers from a children's bike as opposed to an adults one, noticing in the video when braking he had to take his hands off the bars to get over them and squeeze wouldn't add any cost but could allow a little bit more control for the smaller hands.. keep up the good work guys!

From the massive Library in Kenya, to building school in Africa to multiple ways of helping people with disabilities from NotAWheelChair and many more. It makes me wonder how humble, generous and kind is Zack. Not even the God can know. Even God could be jealous of his helping hands. I just wish those billionaires with massive fortune could do something transparent like this in the name of donation.
From testing smartphones too building an electric Hummer too making affordable weelchairs, what an amazing journey!! Thanks for trying to make the word a better place!
The kid did the exact same thing as Cambry did when she first tried the test e-bike. Got off the sidewalk and went off-road, because they were limited before then. Such a simple pleasure to experience for both of them. Great work on the kid rig.
There are a lot of terrible things on the internet -- in the world really-- but thank you for showcasing the amazing good that people can be! That scream of pure joy at the end is what the world should try to focus on having and creating in the people around. Keep up all the great work you do!
I'm glad it uses a lot of bike parts. My wife and I were about to leave Canada to come to New Zealand (we're here now) and the day before we left the tire on her manual wheelchair blew out. Couldn't find a replacement inner tube anywhere because all wheelchair suppliers were closed for New Years Eve. No bicycle tires matched, so in a pinch we were force to get one the wrong size and stuff it in as a temporary fix, because no bike tires came in that size.
Cole is such an awesome kid! he can definitely teach few adults how to live their lives in a postive way. Thanks Zack & Cambry for the work you do always!
This is not a cheap option for a lot of families who need such a special equipment for their loved once. But it is so much cheaper than medical specific machines. Supporting those who need it the most( in my opinion kids for sure) is so important. Kids need to be kids. Not talking about what is not possible to do, but what is possible to do. I encourage everyone to support this when possible.

It makes me wonder how humble, generous and kind is Zack. Not even the God can know. Even God could be jealous of his helping hands.
I just wish those billionaires with massive fortune could do something transparent like this in the name of donation.
the happiness on that kid's face.. God bless you both.
Caught myself smiling from ear to ear throughout this entire video! Thank you, Cambry & Zach, for changing the world one, Not a Wheelchair, at a time
❤️❤️❤️
From testing smartphones too building an electric Hummer too making affordable weelchairs, what an amazing journey!! Thanks for trying to make the word a better place!
The kid did the exact same thing as Cambry did when she first tried the test e-bike. Got off the sidewalk and went off-road, because they were limited before then. Such a simple pleasure to experience for both of them. Great work on the kid rig.
And both wanted to go faster. Had a need for speed.
❤️❤️❤️
There are a lot of terrible things on the internet -- in the world really-- but thank you for showcasing the amazing good that people can be! That scream of pure joy at the end is what the world should try to focus on having and creating in the people around. Keep up all the great work you do!
It doesn't matter what you build, but if it brings a joy to a kid's face, that's a remarkable thing. Amazing work!
I wish I had half the excitement and joyful attitude as this kid. I admire him.
Your generosity and compassion has got me misty eyed. You two are the greatest.
Kiddo needs his own channel. So positive and can teach the world so much.
👆Thanks for watching💙👆

“Well there’s still more fun to be comin’” -Cole
What a great mantra in which to rule your life!! Love this so much!
This is great...damn near brought tears to my eyes....you never know when/if you will end up in a wheelchair and how hard it is to adjust your life to wheelchair life....i'm 39....been in a wheelchair for 9 months....being in a wheelchair has forced me to move because I lived on the second floor prior. It's limited me in many ways, but I am trying to live the best life I can. When I told my friends that knew me when I could walk that i'm mow wheelchair bound, I just tell them "hey, I am still alive, that's what really matters"
That young boys emotions says it all . Your product will change the lives for so many young disabled kids , and their families . Keep them great products coming ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Congratulations🎉👆

I'm so glad you bring awareness to the disabled they need to get more recognition of what they go through.
Fantastic you’re fantastic kids faces with the big smiles. I LOVE AUTOCORRECT. All I can say is good job. The little kid has the biggest smile.
❤❤❤😊
Appreciate the every day things we take for granted… the smile on his face when he went mobile on snow was just heartwarming.
Zack, huge props and congrats on all your success. I've seen so many popular UA-camrs making tons of money with mindless viral videos just to get more subs but you're taking the proceeds and building schools, building elevator for your wife and making, eChairs for the handicapped, trying to give back and that's great to see. 👏👍
it brought tears to my eyes how happy it made him! this is awesome!
❤❤❤
Your push towards making the world more accessible to people is truly inspiring. Most Youtubres make cool and entertaining content, and some make educational content; you and Cambry are actively changing people's lives in tangible physical ways.
The happiness and positivity of that little man Cole seriously cheered up my day. I am so ungrateful with my working legs..... thank you for helping me to realize the blessing of my situation and thank you for helping those who need help! You are a good man Zack!
❤❤❤
I never really donate unless I'm sure the money will go to the right people. I've been watching your videos for years Jerry. I feel like I can trust you and felt that this is as good a cause as any so I donated. I hope my small donation will help bring that kind of cheer to another person. Thank you for doing what you do!
Hands down this is the best and wholesome content in JRE entire channel. Love to see the satisfaction on both of your faces. It tells that how much u want to impact the society. Keep it up man. Expecting more awesome content from not a wheel chair series.
This truly is tearing! This kid is my new best friend too 😭 can't wait to find ways to help you. Especially shipping them to Africa. Truly wholesome ❤️
❤️❤️❤️
ngl, couldn’t stop smiling when he tried it out on the snow for the first time. You’re good people
I have watched Jerry for years now seen his whole relationship grow with Cambri. I have also followed very close with the entire Not a Wheelchair project. And it is absolutely amazing everything you guys have done and what you will continue to do. Great job to both of you and your whole crew now.
Congratulations🎉👆

“You guys talk too much, let’s get started” lmao Iconic every intro needs him. 🤣
This put a HUGE smile on my face! Everything you, Cambry, and the team at NAW are doing is speaking volumes in today's world!
This is AMAZING! The best bit is that anyone, adult or kid, can now own one of these Rigs. Thank you so much for using your skills to make people's lives better!
❤️❤️❤️
Cole is the coolest dude ever. Well done for giving him the buggy. I’m sure he will have lots of fun for a long time with it👍👍
It’s the best!! Already have had some fun adventures! Excited to have many more!!😊
@@colelovinglife8525 good to hear buddy. Go as fast as you can. Tell Zack to bump up the horse power a bit for you😜 I have a feeling you like to go fast👍👍
When my mother was alive she had to be in welchair her electric scooter was her legs. She loved it so much but like everybody else the prices were so high. I work 2 jobs and my other 2 sisters worked just to get her this electric scooter. She felt free when when she was on it now she's in heaven walking again. Thank you for doing this for people you are amazing.😊
❤❤❤
I rarely use the like button but Cole had me pressing it immediately. That boy is a legend!
I shed a tear, well done buddy!
It's typically the kind of video I wouldn't watch if it was a random one on UA-cam, but since you do it on you own simple way with a lot of enthusiasm it's always a big pleasure to watch it!
Thanks from a French living in Korea!
I Love you guys for helping out the disable in NEED?! You will be a blessing to those in need, l tell you? Keep moving forward with the innovations, for all disable people in need?❤❤❤
You made it possible to make that little guys smile even bigger than it was before! And I don’t see how that’s possible because he’s just an extremely happy person 😊 this video is amazing. You help cut out that void in there life and without making it a six figure buy out. I’m just glad you’re doing amazing things. I’m sure your family is proud. I know your dad would be.
Never quit and keep looking forward, because there is always going to be someone looking to knock you down. Brush it off and leave them in the rear view. My grand dad said that years ago. Just thought it would do good for others ❤

I’d suggest using the same throttle configuration as that of the normal rig as something like the one on the kid rig could potentially cause wrist injuries and also makes it harder for the user to reach the brakes.I do really appreciate that you guys are keeping it affordable, easily repairable and accessible to the masses
Already the most wholesome video of 2023 and you've still got the library to come!
This brought a tear to my eye.. you guys are really great human beings and an inspiration to all to be better.
Thank you for being great people
Thanks for watching 💙💙☝️
Tele_gram me I have a surprise packages🎁for you
I LOVE your videos about accessibility. While I do not personally know anyone that is in need of something like this, my job is concentrating on online accessibility and I love making things available to everyone. His reaction is priceless!
I always knew a JerryRigEverything video would end up making me cry eventually but I assumed it would be because of all the phone scratching and bending! This was beautiful, great job. And you rock, Cole!
That kid Cole is great and he knows that he rules the video 😉
Zack and Cambry, keep up the good work both of you and hoping the not a wheel chairs take off in big demand, am sure both kids and adults a like will love them. 😀
❤️❤️❤️
Wow.... On my daily walk, I really hope to see and meet that wonder bundle of energy (Cole) riding his new "not a wheel chair" around Day Break ponds. Great job Zach and Cambry! Wow.... that really touched my heart!
Cole got sooo happy when you said he could have it! I love it so much thanks for what you do Zach!
❤️❤️❤️
such a happy little rider, has the face of pure joy.
