Sustainability is key. I did 3x48 for half a year easily but then got so tired of It I could not pick up again. Now I do 16:8 TRE 2 meals a day and I love it, works better for me than longer fasts.
Hi Megan, what do you eat when you do eat? Meaning, do you follow a keto diet in your eating windows?
For fat loss (50lbs), would a 72 hr fast be better once a week (for maybe 8 weeks) or ADF if both fit in to my social commitments?
I do three 36 hour fasts a week. I don’t eat on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays. I do eat on Tuesdays, Thursdays & the weekends.
On the days I do eat, I just have lunch & dinner.
