Man chased herds of animals sometimes the herds were abundant and sometimes the herds were far and few. Our bodies are designed to go for days weeks and sometimes months without food.
Its difficult to fast because we have systems in place to make sure we are constantly trying to fuel ourselves because our ancestors came from times where food wasn't always available and so we try to eat a lot. We dont realize that in our time food is readily available to the point where homeless are fat. We have to remind ourselves we are not gonna starve and we can actually benefit by having periods of time where we don't clog our system with food because although sugar is our fuel its also very corrosive and over time it can shorten our life span or lead to brain fog. Remember, your ancestors used to be fasting for their entire life, for thousands of year they are hunter, the only time they eat is when they success in hunting, and not to mention, hunting animals is take lot of energy, imagine running for 2 hours and then ffighting with the animals, while on empty stomach, and if you fails, you should fasted until tomorrow and repeat the process again. With this knowledge we understand human is actually really strong, and can endure hunger for quite a long time, we are not as strong as our ancestors yet (we doesn't have their lifestyle anymore since birth), but we can at least grasp their 60% or 70% of their mentality and physique, which make us more motivated to adapting a fasting and exercise at the same time.
The Sunnah of our Beloved Nabi Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) . Fast 2 days per week. Fast the 3 days in a month consecutively. Fast 30 days in Ramadaan. Eat small meals - only eat when hungry etc. Proving once again that He was Divinely Inspired and a True Prophet of our Creator SubhanAllah Alhamdulillah Allahu Akbar. Muslims would understand.
As humans prehistorically we weren’t fasting voluntarily, we did it out of necessity because food was rare. If we keep eating multiple meals a day then we’ll evolve to eat 3 meals a day. But it’ll take thousands of years to adjust
I got one better Moses fast 80 days no food or drink because when he got tablets 1st then he beg God not destroy isrealites fast forty more days we'll God made law again.
As Muslims we have to fast a month every year from dawn to sunset ( no water or food ) , no surprise since Allah literally created our body and knows what it needs
Humans were designed as a hunter gatherer species, we became an agricultural species but our bodies are designed to live a harder life, we have more strength than we know locked up inside us, it's just getting past the discomfort that halts most people. First you get blisters, then you get a callus.
I strongly feel that the fasted state is actually what our normal state should be and what it was when our ancient ancestors lived. I've been nose to tail carnivore for 4 years now. I slip in and out of a fasted state very easily.

How often should we fast? Once s month? Once a season? Once a year?
Is fasting all positives & benefits?
Fasting is not about just denying yourself food. It is rather more of starving your body and feeding your soul.
When you fast do you drink water? Or nothing at all? for 21days.
Yes!!! this is so true and it works
How often should a person do a fast? How often doing a 3 day water fast? How often doing a 7 day fast? How often per year?
Yep
I'm doing a 15 hour fasting now
The Sunnah of our Beloved Nabi Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) .
Sup Ryan pineda, fasting is awesome!
Yeahh! Lets go baby❤❤
How fast it and I have a seizure. what does that mean?
I'm 18 and I'm gonna start my first ever fasting . As an indian its really hard because of my mom😅. Pray for me guyyyzzz
🇮🇳🇮🇳This we feel when fasting for Navratri 9 Days in April, and 9 Days in September/October
If any Indian here they might... understand my words
As muslims when we fast we cannot eat or drink anything at all. Is that the same for Navratri?
@@dimebag6064 no
Aww yes as i understand science follows is what I’m seeing. Which ask what governs first spirituality and materialism.
Can you do prolonged fasting while on metals detox
Thank You Allah
Im on day 3 and i feeel so uncomfortable but it will soon pass
Hey, I just got done watching the Squid Game's challenge on Netflix. And this guy was on that show
Totally agree
As humans prehistorically we weren’t fasting voluntarily, we did it out of necessity because food was rare. If we keep eating multiple meals a day then we’ll evolve to eat 3 meals a day. But it’ll take thousands of years to adjust
im on a fast now and its shit 30 hours in im cold and bored
Jesus fasted for 40 days, & 40 nights! That’s crazy
His capabilities of rising from the dead are way crazier than fasting for a while lol it is crazy though ❤
I got one better Moses fast 80 days no food or drink because when he got tablets 1st then he beg God not destroy isrealites fast forty more days we'll God made law again.

@@okaymeu4581 anything is possible with God.

@@Farxadiyoguul I made it 27 hours. I’ve lost 12 pounds. Not bad not bad
As Muslims we have to fast a month every year from dawn to sunset ( no water or food ) , no surprise since Allah literally created our body and knows what it needs

@@jannorris4140 it's a dry fast no water either
@@jannorris4140😂 That’s what I was thinking, my busy schedule has me doing that on a regular basis as it is
Humans were designed as a hunter gatherer species, we became an agricultural species but our bodies are designed to live a harder life, we have more strength than we know locked up inside us, it's just getting past the discomfort that halts most people. First you get blisters, then you get a callus.
I understand fasting on the mornings but fasting for days is crazy how don't yall get headaches?
Yesss👍🏽😊
I strongly feel that the fasted state is actually what our normal state should be and what it was when our ancient ancestors lived.
I've been nose to tail carnivore for 4 years now. I slip in and out of a fasted state very easily.
I’m trying to fast for 3 days with only intaking water.. but it’s my first time and I’m new to this.. after 3 days, can I eat as much as I want? Or should I only eat a small portion.. & after eating, to keep the body healthy and reap the benefits do I have to go back to fasting for another 3 days?
I’m confused. If someone can please answer my questions.
@stevenbrown6593why is it pointless to fast for 3 days when you first begin?
Is this safe to do if you have advance tumors?
what doctor is this? I am looking for his links
