For business owners who are using the sidewalks as an extention of their businesses, a representative from a LGU or maybe a deputized MMDA officer should write them off a ticket that'll reflect upon their business renewal.

LTO should step up their checkpoints as I am suspecting with all of these apprehensions on all of these drivers/riders, they may not be renewing their registrations altogether due to their multiple penalties

Make the laws more severe. Try to run - vehicle impounded and license revoked. Multiple same violations - revoke license . If you state you have no license - vehicle impounded even you try to show license later. These are stiff penalties but the ones in place are clearly not working.
Filipinos will never ever learn. Isa sa mga dahilan kaya hindi umaasenso ang bansa dahil sa kawalan ng disiplina. Nasanay na kasi sila. Pero pag nasa ibang bansa sila, kaya naman nilang sumunod sa batas. Filipino mentality. Sorry to say this....Keep up the good work MMDA and gadget addict.
In the smaller islands nothing is done, even 9 year old kids riding motorcycles with two mates on the back

House Bill 31 proposes to require people to have a parking space before they buy or register a vehicle.
I guess we'll see if it's ever passed into law.

I keep thinking, if they only wear their helmet properly and also have their shoes on (even if they don't have a license, not a good thing though) they won't get stopped by MMDA.
The problem with these people is that they are aware that what they are doing is wrong but does it anyway.
I always see this common pattern in GA's videos.
Not wearing helmet or shoes = No license + Towed.
Which makes me wonder about their intelligence. Most of the offenders we see day to day are either unlicensed, or has their registrations expired. Yet they still ride with obvious violations that would ensure their hidden driving offenses would come to light.

I have been watching a lot of your excellent videos. I am sure the majority of Philippines people love their country but so many seem to have no pride whatsoever and just ruin it for everyone. As for those parents taking stupid chances with the lives of their children, well, I have no words.

Unfortunately there are too many riders or drivers that are overly confident in their own skills.
They forget that even if you're a perfect driver, someone else can cause you to crash, or someone else could crash straight into you.
That's the time they'd realize the importance of wearing the right gear.
Instead of going home with some bruises and cuts, they end up spending weeks in the hospital - if they're lucky enough to survive.
If all the agencies via their own LGUs have a same day operation, they will get a lot of funds for riders, drivers who are violating regulations imposed by LTO.

Endangering a child, may the driver be the childs parents or only relatives, should fall into the crime of child abuse.

There should already be a study on increasing the penalties for traffic violations namely Driving without license, no helmets, illegal parking and more. Ridiculous fees will deter violators and repeat offenders. Make it twice or thrice the rates. Can you imagine illegal parking penalty from P1000 to P2000 increased to P5000. Ewan ko na lang if they still do it. YES to higher penalties.

There should be daily report of motorcycle fatalities in the news like Covid report back then. That way people will be aware of how many people dies of motorcycle accidents with no safety gears everyday.
I remember when they flagged down a father who was riding with his small child - both without helmets.
I showed him the video from just days earlier, which included a mother and child bumping into a pedestrian and then the little girl smashing her head on the road.
He just said "yeah I know, I know" and then rode away with the little boy standing on the motorcycle, still without helmet.
It seems like too many people just don't care.

In singapore littering is punishable by 1000 singapore dollars fo 1st offense ten 2000 2nd offense plus corrective work order where they are sent to clean an area for several hours
Driving under suspended license in singapore is punishable by up to 2 years in prison and a fine of $5000. Driving without a license is 3 years in prison and $10000. And we're complaining here in the philippines. Maybe that's what it takes.

The fines needs to be more expensive. Drivers of towed vehicles needs to undergo license exams again or have their license revoked. Business needs to follow the law or have their license revoked.

Easy 6500 + 2000 for violation for MMDA. Overpriced towing. They should be sued for this. You can rent a tow truck for just 3k or less.

Gadget addict did they tow the fire truck or just a ticket?? I just noticed that when they tow the truck the fire truck was still there and they just leave the ticket in the wind screen even though its parked unattended.
According to the tow operator, the fire truck cannot be lifted because it's too heavy.
And to pull it behind the tow truck, they'd need to disable the brakes / handbrake tirst.
There are usually ways to do that, but in this case the drivers had arrived, meaning they can be ticketed as attended instead of unattended.
Before the team left, all vehicles were gone, including the fire trucks.

For the business and buildings blocking the sidewalk, they should not waste time and money moving them every week, just keep sighting tickets until the objects are impounded.. Then keep them till the tickets are paid.

I Think its time to Penalize this people with higher fees for not wearing proper helmets. Maybe 10 to 20k, this would teach this violators a lesson.
Ignorance of the law excuses no one. The moment you own and drive a motorcycle, you should already know the traffic rules and law. This is unacceptable specialy for those individual who already got their license. How come they have passed the exam on getting the license and they don't know the traffic law? Or is it another recto license? I think time to increase penalties on each repeated violations.
