There were three and they all cried that they were being persecuted. The judge lit them up in the sentencing hearing and sentenced them to 70 months in prison. The man that laid there suffering sued each of them, and won. The award was sizable against each of them. One was quite smug and said that she didn't own anything. They were all quite smug UNTIL the judge let them know that if their parents left them any of their considerable estates (yep each of them was a spoiled rich brat), it would be used to satisfy the judgement. Two of them had trust accounts that the man's attorney was successful in having frozen, and emptied one completely, and they other about 90%. So he had already collected on the judgement from one, and most of another, and the third will not get a dime of mommy and daddy's money until he is paid.
Good job. Protesting is allowed in a lot of countries, but there's laws around it and endangering others lives is a no-no. Why don't they go to oil rigs, refineries and protest outside of those? Or outside the government buildings like city hall, parliament, ministry of transportation, natural resources, trade. Heck, get together to make some kind of plan that will actually work to wean their country off of fossil fuels.
