I was going to comment on the missing washer on the draglink arm, but Jean-Paul saw it as well!This looks like a job that is much easier with a 4 poster lift, also a good idea to pressure wash all that "dandruff" of the steering box before you start, just a thought, wouldent it be terrible if someone used J-Ps mug to hold EP90 ,it looks just like a top up jug, Castrol R would have even worst consequences! Hey, Chris!..Dandruff? The closest thing to involving head and shoulders was when JP cracked his head off the underside and there was claret everywhere. Was happy when he got his tea and cake, though. We DO sell old skool Castrol top up jugs, by the way :) rimmerbros.com/Item--i-RX1398
Unfortunately we don't have plans at the minute as it's a rather expensive job. However, the process is very, very similar on the Discovery 2 TD5. So you should be able to tackle it if you use this as a guide. Hope that helps.

Ive got this job awaiting me in in the morning but im going to drop All pipes whilst its attached just take of the res and the reverse when re installing ill refit pipe work prior to lifting box in 😂
Thanks for sharing this video. How much did you pay for this replacement box? I’m asking because the prices I’m getting for boxes with arm attached are coming in at substantially more ££ than ones without arms attached. Doesn’t seem right somehow.
Rimmer Bros TV does that come with arm attached? I don’t have a press to attach the arm or to take the arm off the old one. That’s a tough job without the right tools. Don’t know how they are for sale for £150 .

Unfortunately, it is possible but there are quite a lot of parts that are obsolete now. You'd have to have some manufactured.
