Nuclear Waste it's funny you said that because I decided to start a new character to play through legit and enjoy the game properly and the one thing I did was make a carry weight necklace at about 600k lol, so convenient. I also decided to try out a mage and omg love it, fireball for the win baby!!!
Renaissance Man No, the megamule is used to save pvpers time instead of doing hrs of grinding and farming, but i do agree you shouldnt use it on 1st playthrough.
One of the potions that gives you the most XP is combining (giants toe + bear claw + hanging moss). The higher the value of the potion you make the more XP you gain. Same goes for smithing, so I suggest crafting jewelry.
Also not just the amount of experience you gain from making the potion. It also increases the value of each potion, which can also be used for creating potions to sell for experience. Use the level reset method to keep leveling up almost indefinitely. You’ll want to get your armor/clothes/jewelry with the fortify alchemy effect so that you can create potions with a base value of 8 figures. When you go to sell it, get your speech skill to 100 and reset it right before you sell the potion. Granted, you can’t make more gold than the amount the merchant has, but you get EVERYTHING YOU WANT that he/she has for sale FOR FREE…PLUS ALL his/her gold. Rinse and repeat by mass producing potions worth between 10 million-99 million Septims. When you reset your speech skill, it will show as roughly 1/3 of the base value in the merchant’s sale window. So take that into account when you’re creating items to sell. You can also do the same exact thing with armor and weapons. You just have to remember who you can sell what to by default bcuz you won’t have the “merchant” perk that allows you to sell ANY item to ANY merchant after resetting your speech skill. I’ve literally made millions by going to every single merchant traveling back and forth from Riften to Markarth and/or Windhelm, depending on the time of day after finishing up in Markarth. You have to do it during daytime hours, like 8-8 or something like that. You can also further increase profit by taking all the perks of the speech skill tree. It’s also worth noting that you’ll probably want to take most, if not all, of the perks on the alchemy skill tree too. You also might want to get an essential follower to duplicate items you’re going to need in extreme bulk bcuz you’ll go through tons of supplies. Once you get to a certain point, you’ll be able to stop using the follower duplication exploit/glitch and simply just visit blacksmiths, alchemists, and general traders for what you need. Like I said, you’ll be pretty much able to just get everything you want for free plus all the gold each merchant has in exchange for a heavily OP item while getting more experience in the process.
Some call it the speed leveling method; most (if not all) skills have speed leveling methods or techniques. You can speed level smithing by using the reset option as usual when it gets to 100. Just make a set of fortify alchemy gear that’s potent enough to put a 6-8 figure enchantment on each item. I’ve even done it to the point where I pushed it right to the limit just shy of crashing the game. If you enchant a single necklace/ring or gloves/main piece/head piece to just the right point that the other 3 pieces aren’t necessary. It just depends on what you’re trying to make bcuz different items have different “caps” on what’s safe and what isn’t, ie, what will crash your game. Just remember: an item worth about 100 million or less is always safe to sell. Again, you obviously won’t get that much gold, but that’s the number you want the item to have in the base value (your personal inventory window) screen. If I remember correctly, the cap is 49,999. That won’t crash the game, but the merchant won’t give you back your gold if you sell something that reflects it’s worth over 50 million. Also, don’t run the merchant’s gold past 30K bcuz you also won’t get your gold back. Oh and I believe the minimum value to 1-shot your speech skill back to 100 from 15 is 500K, unless you have one of the standing stones equipped that accelerates speech (Thief or Lover, I think) leveling. I’ve tested these exploits multiple times and I’ve almost got it down to a science. Maybe I should make a video (or several) on these methods myself.
@@josephdiab3010 they can actually easily fix this by making a cap at 80% let’s say so no matter how much u use it’ll only be 80% it’s really easy to cap stuff but it’s an old game and they don’t care
I need help idk why but like my enchanting isn’t workin can ppl on PlayStation or Xbox even do this I’m on PlayStation and it’s not lettin me do anything the enchanting potion does nothin
This man's said blacksmith potions aren't going to help permanently, you drink a 999999 blacksmith potion, you sharpen/reinforce Your gear, and it has more strength than developer gear, it stays like this forever 😂
@Vaulted it’s also bcuz the effects of potions stack with enchanting effects. If you’re armor enchantment is just a little short of the amount you want it to be, but making another item with that same effect might be too powerful. Suppose you want something 40-60% stronger, not double the effect. That’s where the potions come into the picture.
I'm currently following a character build tutorial right now to build a God Mage, one thing the creator of the video doesn't really do is- listen if you're a content creator and you make a video about how to make an OP character in Skyrim I don't care if the video is seven hours long. Sometimes you need to give us a literal step by step by step. "harvest this much of this, when you hit level 64, use a skill point on this skill tree, then do...". So of course I come back onto UA-cam to look for someone who will do this step-by-step and show us every part of the process luckily seeing recent comments that say this still works as of three days ago in 2023, I mean THANK YOU!
Well the thing about Skyrim is that glitching up levels to get more points is so easy you really shouldn’t need a guide on where to place perk points because with the ability to Legendary a skill tree, you have more than enough points to get every single skill on every single tree in the entire game. Blacksmithing and Enchanting are unbelievably easy to level, especially if you use the Whiterun duplication glitch. One of the easiest duplication glitches in any game I’ve ever used. Just spend a few hours leveling and selecting legendary in just those two trees and you’ll have more perk points than you know what to do with.
Can confirm this still works I had trouble with it at first MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL THE PERKS if you can get the first perk higher than 3 I recommend it and the two others he also uses
@@jjsnegs468 haven't done this glitch yet I can only guess you have to load a early save... If you only for some reason have 1 save... You have to start a new game. I always keep 3-4 different saves.
TheRAMBO9191 NO. Incorrect. You can use the “make skill legendary” option at the top of the screen with your perk tree constellation thing. Or you can simply unequip an item or two with the alchemy enchantment, depending on how many items you had equipped with that effect and what, exactly you’re trying to do. He just wanted to “reset the alchemy back to square one, I think. If that’s the case, he would have simply needed to reset the skill to 15. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend that; at least not without having made multiple pieces/sets of alchemy gear with different strengths for enchanting different items. See, there’s a “safe cap” on each enchantment, and possibly, on each type of item as well. If you go past the “safe cap” of the enchantment, potion, armor, weapon, it crashes the game. Trust me…I’ve tested each thoroughly.
nah I just went to belethor and kept resetting his inv til meh had gear with good fortify alchemy enchantments (oh and I also used the Krosis dragon mask)
i was just wondering, can't you craft a crazy enchanting potion that increases enchantment, then enchant a piece of gear that increases your crafted potions? That way you don't have to do it again?
they got rid of fortify enchanting enchanting because then you wouldn't need the fortify resto loop . because the fortify resto loop fortifies everything. you can go to a mage stone ... like the one i went too where you absorb magic.. ok 50% asorb . if you have a fortify resto on you thats 100% then you tank all magic.. but i made it a tad bit fair i did 67% on a 50% so im basically tanking 80% plus resist magic rings make it tiny. because lots of things in skyrim count as magic. and restoration in magic is like the A class of magic.. all magic is related in one way or another too restoration . you can have enchanted fire resistant boots.. drink a restoration potion and for some magical reason it gets a buff. '
@@joshuablackmon939 I did it myself, I crafted 1 potions like he showed in the video, then IMMEDIATELY I crafted 4 potions of alchemy enchanting. Then I went to the enchanting station and used them to enchant gauntlets, helmet, ring and amulet for 110% potion effectiveness EACH. So, Now i have 110% on each gear and every time I craft potions they are extremely OP and I don't have to do what he is doing over and over again. I just put my gear on and craft OP potions. So it works for anyone who is wondering!
Yes, you can. I did it on my 360 version. I can just casually make potions that are 170,000% stronger than normal. I can also reinforce weapons to be so powerful, that even on Legendary difficulty, I can 1-shot a Legendary Dragon with an iron dagger that has no enchantments on it.
@@lancehawk5228 It easy just follow what he is doing. Once you have 1 potion like he showed in the video, then use it and IMMEDIATELY craft 4 potions of alchemy enchanting (or more if you want). Now you have your 4 potions of alchemy enchanting that are extremely overpowered. Now go to the enchanting station and use one of your potions of alchemy enchanting to enchant gauntlets. Use the second potion to craft helmet Use the third for ring Use the fourth for the amulet If the gear is enchanted for less than what you want, then repeat all over again until you get what you want, BUT THIS TIME USE YOUR ENCHANTED GEAR BECAUSE NOW YOU HAVE HIGH PERCENTAGE OF ENCHANTING SO IT WILL TAKE YOU LESS TIME TO DO WHAT HE IS DOING IN THE BEGINNING.
For Anniversary Edition enchanting potions above +10000% will likely crash the game. Highest that worked for me was +17000%. I recommend to aim for 12-15 thousand percent. Smithing potion will work even with crazy high value.
Not true. I just made over 300 potions with 21,497 % and it didn’t crash mine. I went as high as 486,322%. It might depend on what you’re going to enchant with it. Certain items have different “caps” on what is safe to enchant with enchanting values that high and what isn’t. I remember it crashed mine one time when I used a just over 200K one time. I think it’s when you go to enchant a specific item. Are you sure it’s when you try to make the potion, and not when you go to enchant something with it? Try it again, paying close attention to when, exactly it crashes and what, exactly you did immediately prior. I know when mine crashed, I simply tried selecting a weaker soul gem. If that’s the problem, though, you’ll need to select the soul gem BEFORE you select the enchantment. Pretty sure it’s what enchantment you’re using and what you’re enchanting with it.
@@Whitebreadonly Are you sure you did this to Anniversary Edition and not before? And second, enchantment with such high percent will produce negative values effects and will be useless anyway.
if you want to have a fun game playthrough, dont do this because your character would be so powerful. You should enchant armor and give it to your follower so they dont die
Yeah so I got to the part where I made a few 4,300ish% enchanting potions. I then use them on a different set of gear to get 109% fortify alchemy on each of headgear, gloves, necklace and ring. A total of 436%. Yet for some reason creating an enchanting potion yields a 1% enchanting potion with a value of 2septims.
I had mage armor mods that had no magic bonus. Thanks for this. Now all I need to wear are a ring and amulate and can get unlimited magic and can wear what I want
Thanks for this guide. I have to use this glitch (though not to that degree) in order to made a sneaky unarmed dude like Batman. This thing kinda helps
The reason i wanted to learn this is because i made a whispering fang play through. and to assist with it i got the unarmed enchantment and as of now i can only get it to do an additional 14 damage on my gauntlets which isn't bad but i'm looking to make a gauntlet and ring that can (combined) do at least 1000 damage additionally to my gauntlets damage.
Theres a way to just spam lvl. Useing the insane resto pots.. You take one sell it to anyone whoo buy it. Instant lvl 100 speech. Lvl up make speech legendary make new pot sell it repeat for infinite lvls once you get to bout 140 it slows down but im lvl 223 right now with all skills maxed with all perks unlocked. The pots should insta you to 100 alchemy. And selling gives you 100 speech. Oh btw if you want to go use one of them pots and say upgrade a irin sword to 1000000098766678 damage go right ahead instant lvl 100 smithing. The only think i cant get to lvl 100 in no time is pick pocket and enchanting
Well said Beau. I just wanted to say thank you so much, your videos have been nothing but helpful friendly and educational I am really enjoying the game because of all the tips that you've given me thank you so much sincerely Patrick
It's not really a bug. It's more of an exploitation of the game's mechanics. I don't know if they'd bother patching it (they might, who knows) since it's a one-player game and you're really just cheating yourself by doing it.
I'm not sure, but didn't they remove the fortify restoration? well, the wiki says it's still there, so... maybe it is! I dunno! I probably won't use it, though. or, at least not abuse it like that, but still. strange I"ve never REALLY looked.
So I was trying to figure out why this wasn't working on my PC version despite your video being relatively recent. Turns out the Unofficial Skyrim Patch "fixes" this glitch. There's a mod that you can get that then "fixes" the "fix," allowing the glitch again. So I tried that, but then basically realized that there was no challenge, so as cool as this is, I'll probably end up playing the game normally. But awesome tutorial!
Disco Dan Works on mine and i had it for almost a week, i beat the game on my console ( 360 ) and i got the special edition for my pc, i tried this and it worked like a charm
Um i tried multiple build and everything this has been the best way to manage legendary. Diff my health is augmented to 1700 and ancient dragon and legendary still very dangerous to me most weak drauger and skeletons pose no threat but bandits and rouge mages do i died trying to kill 8 of them with my 240 nordic two handed sword my arm is also in the 2000 still getting my ass whooped sorry for the grammer and spelling error
What am I doing wrong? I have Restoration at lvl 72 with Novice Restoration, Alchemy at lvl 100 with Alchemist 5/5, Physician, Benefactor, Experimenter 3/3, Poisoner perks. Helmet, ring, necklace, gauntlets each with Created potions are 25% more powerful. I craft a Potion of fortify restoration that gives 120%, I take off my helmet, ring, necklace and gauntlets, I drink the potion, I put them back on and when I try to craft another Potion of fortify restoration it's still at 120%.
Hes right. I was wondering where I went wrong before, just like Mr.H B King. So the right steps are: 1) Craft 1 resto potion (just one, coz you want to take increasingly higher percentage potions so gulping same level multiple pots is meaningless). 2) Drink it. 3) Then take off all your alchemy enchanted gears (headgear, amulet, ring and bracers/gloves) and put them all back on. This will update your character's buffs to the latest instance of the potion you've just drunk. You will see the percentage change on the gears. Then craft another resto potion. Repeat all over.
Was I the only one to enchant items with this glitch with just high enough percentage so that I could get really powerful without breaking the game/ gameplay experience. I miss those days. I used to do it just fine on PS3, but it seems that they patched it for PS4 SSE that Im currently playing on. Rip
I’m doing that too, I’m doing an unarmed run, and I have gloves that do 10 more unarmed damage, I’m gonna make a potion to make my enchantment 300-500% so I can make gloves that do 30-50 unarmed damage, I’m also playing on legendary mode, with combat and magic mods that make NPCs harder to kill, making them stronger. Even with these gloves, it’s still going to be a huge challenge
My first was today... Had an enchant pot that was 800k, freezes when I click effect to enchant. Never had an issue before but I had some rather stocky primary gear as this is my 5th play through with over 4k hours of Skyrim. I didnt anticipate the extremely hefty jumps it took after 200k LoL I gotta redo the resto pots tomorrow and pay attention when they hit about 4k each instead of taking them to 600. LoL I knew I shoulda got 60 fish this time. LoL
for all the people coming by here in 2018, i tried this like a billion times. couldnt get it to work.i found a way tho. im on skyrim SE , instead of taking your gear off to drink the pod. leave your gear on. once you drink it, go straight in and make another one. then proceed to take you gear off, drink, gear up, make another repeat as if you was watching this video. worked for me
The only problem for me is getting the ingredients. I don't wanna hack through the console, so I do the vendor glitch, takes quite a while tho, but it's worth it :3
@@xBeauGaming Did you ever get your Speech up? Because your speech in this video is just brutal. And with Fortifying Enchantments, take this to another whole level Fortify Smithing Fortify Alchemy And even, increasing unarmed attacks. (Always wanted to instant kill with one punch)
I tried this and the percentage of restoration maxed out at 59% and only continued to get lower as I tried more and then got stuck at 52%. Idk if I did it wrong but I wasted a lot of time trying.

This is a mistake. You need to slowly do it first to get enchanting and alchemy up to level 100 first then it will be capped. If you let it explode up above 100 like this it will keep going up infinitely until it goes higher than what number can be stored then the game will just crash anytime you try enchanting anything.
Yeah, fair warning though, when I get to 4 digits percentage smithing potions my game crash everytime I try to smith something. Just stick to like 500% or something. Same with enchants. Too high you'll ruin the game experience in addition to crashing too, sooo yeah... dont be too greedy.
I have a problem. After the 30 seconds where off, all my saved potions lower to %187. I used my last fish to make a fortify restoration potion of one %1000, but once the effects of my current potion wore off, the potion percentage lowered.
What so if you enchants a ring for 1000000% health and magic will it stay that way forever? What happens if you unequip it will it go away or is it always like that as long as you don’t lose or sell it
@@Talamathii yes to all? but I asked if you unequip it do you lose the endcxantments If you do enchante is it permanent no loop hole were it reverts back to the normal enchantments for the items
So after watching your video and about 4 or 5 others from well known UA-camrs like ESO, TwoDynamic, RTDVids and Jumpinproducts just to name a few. No one has ever listed a "Stop at this %" I mean everyone does the warning do not go over this or get into the negatives, but I would like to know what is the maximum % one can safely do this glitch/cheat without crashing the game. Because I ended up going over when it came to the Enchanting portion of this and ended up crashing my game. I have multiple saves but I started taking off the gear and trying to Enchant and even with one piece of gear on it still crashed. So I ended up starting all over and not going as high but felt that the over all effect was not at it's best. Do you have a set "Stop at this %" with all 4 items equipped or have one or 2 items that do not total more than X %? I watched your numbers and thought, yeah I got there too but stopped before I got to the negatives. Well anyway, I want to thank you and everyone else who spends the time to make great videos like this. And as of May 2018, this still works. Xbox One Skyrim: Special Edition :)
I am literally only here to get obliterate my carry cap to smithereens. I kill 1 dragon and now I'm at max. Run all the way back home, deposit my things, go back to questing, kill another dragon, kill it and back to max cap. Its just a nuisance. And yes I have to take my 300th set of dragon bones, I'm a hoarder I cant just not take it
@Olivares Silviano They're most likely gonna make Skyrim for ps5 & xbox 1(or whatever the new one is gonna be), they made a ps4 version after all. And the dlcs are definitely worth getting. They add more depth to the game. Hearthfire lets you build homesteads and have children, dawnguard follows an interesting Vampire hunter storyline and you get some cool spells, and dragonborn adds solsteim to the game and even more spells, so I'd say get them if you can.
DIRE WARNING: If you're going to be using this glitch for enchanting potions, DO NOT ENCHANT WEAPONS. You will not be able to recharge them, because the enchantment will be so powerful, the entire bar will be grayed out. Just found that out today, when my 'Rexcalibur' finally depleted its charges. :(
I feel like most players will know this already, but newbies to Skyrim probably don’t. To anyone who isn’t aware, DO NOT USE THREE INGREDIENTS WITH THE SAME EFFECT when creating potions. That’s incredibly wasteful. The only reason to use a 3rd ingredient is if you want a potion with multiple effects. Also, after thoroughly testing the alchemy mechanics of this game, I’ve noticed that several ingredients with the exact same effect are more potent than others. For example, Stoneflower Petals (Fortify Enchanting) are more potent than Blue Butterfly Wings, Spawn Ash, and Snowberries. Btw, I wouldn’t combine those two (Snowberries and Ash Spawn) in the same potion bcuz they both also have the resist fire effect, and the game will label it as a “resist fire” potion. So anyway, if you’re using this method, you’ll probably need to duplicate multiple items, especially ingredients for enchanting and restoration potions. When you’re doing that, be sure to use those as the primary ingredient and the weaker ingredients secondarily. So make more copies of the primary ingredients and don’t waste ingredients with these effects on other potions, as POTIONS WITH THESE TWO EFFECTS (if you’re doing this) ARE YOUR MOST IMPORTANT POTIONS. So your Stoneflower Petals (unless there’s another fortify enchanting ingredient with the same potency that I’m unaware of) should add up to at least the amount of your weaker fortify enchanting ingredients combined.
@xBeau Gaming and you probably know this already at this point, being that this is like 10 years old now, but the video’s still up so I I’m sure there are some newbies who didn’t know. Also, 3-4 figures is low as fuck for enchanting and restoration potions. I’m sure you’re aware of this too, but you can easily get it to 5 figures without crashing the game. In fact, I generally go to 6 figures for restoration potions and 6-8 figures for enchanting potions. You just need to make multiple saves along the way and make note of what point, exactly where the “safe cap” is before it crashes. I’ve tested it personally (PS4; Remastered version upgraded to Anniversary Edition) with several characters each and the only time it crashed on me was when I tried to use a ~210,000% restoration potion. That was with a black/grand soul gem, so I simply tried it with a weaker soul gem, and it still worked perfectly. If that ever happens and it appears that it’s at that exact point when the game crashes after loading and attempting it several times, just select a weaker soul gem. You’ll just have to select the soul gem BEFORE the enchantment bcuz when you go in the default order (item, enchantment, soul gem) it assumes you’re going to use the most powerful one. Still a great video with detailed instructions though. I remember this helped me out when I was a newbie to this game. I would just make an update to it or a new video with the best info.
At this point in time, for Skyrim at least, it seems Bethesda has just said screw it and allowed these glitches to continue on. They’re basically a part of the full Skyrim experience nowadays.
I don't like potions that give out a higher total number that's not doable by normal means. 281% enchanting potions are enough, and give you an enchantment number equivalent to the total of four individual armor enchantments. For example 102% illusion magicka cost on one piece of armor instead of ~25% on all four pieces. That frees up slots for other enchantments or enables you to benefit from the possible max without being forced to wear everything/switch around gear constantly. These 281% potions apply to every enchantment and most enchantments can be applied to 4 pieces of armor for the same end result so it's perfectly achievable. It took me a while to figure out a decent percentage and it's a bit convoluted at first but you can figure out one that works for you by playing around with the resto loop glitch and different perks/enchanted armor values. No need for this million percent stuff.

We can always count on bugthesda.

I dont think its a bug i think it was just an oversight that they cant really fix
@@josephdiab3010 they can actually easily fix this by making a cap at 80% let’s say so no matter how much u use it’ll only be 80% it’s really easy to cap stuff but it’s an old game and they don’t care

This man's said blacksmith potions aren't going to help permanently, you drink a 999999 blacksmith potion, you sharpen/reinforce Your gear, and it has more strength than developer gear, it stays like this forever 😂
why do make a 60 second potion when u can make an enchanting potion then enchant a ring that does the same thing but is permanent and can use anytime.
it’s the fact that you can’t reuse the potion to smith/improve more things
@@connorb2127 dupe glitch =]
@@Fernsanthemum so much easier to just get the ring
Is there a way to go back to normal? Like back to original potion increase?
i had only 60% good and the loop worked for me
@@jjsnegs468 haven't done this glitch yet I can only guess you have to load a early save...
Trust me…I’ve tested each thoroughly.
there is a godly amount of prep work for this Jesus..
nah
I just went to belethor and kept resetting his inv til meh had gear with good fortify alchemy enchantments (oh and I also used the Krosis dragon mask)
i was just wondering, can't you craft a crazy enchanting potion that increases enchantment, then enchant a piece of gear that increases your crafted potions?
So you crafted and alchemy pot, popped it then threw your gear on and immediately made 4 enchant pots? How did this make it faster?
@@lancehawk5228 It easy just follow what he is doing. Once you have 1 potion like he showed in the video, then use it and IMMEDIATELY craft 4 potions of alchemy enchanting (or more if you want). Now you have your 4 potions of alchemy enchanting that are extremely overpowered.
Now go to the enchanting station and use one of your potions of alchemy enchanting to enchant gauntlets.
Use the second potion to craft helmet
Use the third for ring
Use the fourth for the amulet
If the gear is enchanted for less than what you want, then repeat all over again until you get what you want, BUT THIS TIME USE YOUR ENCHANTED GEAR BECAUSE NOW YOU HAVE HIGH PERCENTAGE OF ENCHANTING SO IT WILL TAKE YOU LESS TIME TO DO WHAT HE IS DOING IN THE BEGINNING.
For Anniversary Edition enchanting potions above +10000% will likely crash the game. Highest that worked for me was +17000%. I recommend to aim for 12-15 thousand percent. Smithing potion will work even with crazy high value.
Thanks for the warning, probably would have bricked my game on switch lol 😂
Some Tamriel shattering alchemy happened in the corner of the shack that evening

I got the same thing but about 9%

Cool thing is, if they havent patched this, they probably wont ever patch it. Skyrim glitches allow players to become gods..
This thing kinda helps
i just started the game on a vanilla ps4 and so far PC people have me quite shook
Did you make it
@cesarhayek615 yes I did, it was a little broken
I never level up alchemy. I just do the loop. It takes longer (about 18 potions) to get to the sweet spot but it works fine.
The only think i cant get to lvl 100 in no time is pick pocket and enchanting

wow, still works?! thought they patched that by now.
And 2018
So I was trying to figure out why this wasn't working on my PC version despite your video being relatively recent.
Disco Dan can I do this with no enchanted gear?¿
Disco Dan Works on mine and i had it for almost a week, i beat the game on my console ( 360 ) and i got the special edition for my pc, i tried this and it worked like a charm
Which fix was that? Is it also available for SE?
Kinda late but do you remember the mod name?
Um i tried multiple build and everything this has been the best way to manage legendary.
I had somewhat the same problem too :(
the affect isn’t stacking for me, it only goes up for the first potion
You have to go in take of your alchemy gear use the pot then put it back on them make new pot and repeat.
Hes right. I was wondering where I went wrong before, just like Mr.H B King. So the right steps are:
1) Craft 1 resto potion (just one, coz you want to take increasingly higher percentage potions so gulping same level multiple pots is meaningless).
You would only need to do this once, and then you can just dupe all of these OP potions instead of making new ones if you start to run out.
I kept trying to do this with two items and only two ingredients, I would get up to about 166% before petering out, it was exhausting lol
I got to 400k on the enchanting part and when I tried to enchant it glitched me out 💀💀
I've been doing this for ages and today was the first time my game crashed LOL
My first was today... Had an enchant pot that was 800k, freezes when I click effect to enchant. Never had an issue before but I had some rather stocky primary gear as this is my 5th play through with over 4k hours of Skyrim. I didnt anticipate the extremely hefty jumps it took after 200k LoL I gotta redo the resto pots tomorrow and pay attention when they hit about 4k each instead of taking them to 600. LoL I knew I shoulda got 60 fish this time. LoL
I used this exploit to become the perfect life form in Skyrim
We have ascended to a higher plane of existence
for all the people coming by here in 2018, i tried this like a billion times. couldnt get it to work.i found a way tho. im on skyrim SE , instead of taking your gear off to drink the pod. leave your gear on. once you drink it, go straight in and make another one. then proceed to take you gear off, drink, gear up, make another repeat as if you was watching this video. worked for me
Thanks for this guide Beau! I accidentally leveled up my alchemy to 300, which is a bit too extreme for me, but eh, whatever, let's have some fun xD
There you go ;) I have my alchemy at like.....800 on that character now.
The only problem for me is getting the ingredients. I don't wanna hack through the console, so I do the vendor glitch, takes quite a while tho, but it's worth it :3

@@dhairyahirpara2698 are you remembering to take off your gear before you drink the potion and then put the gear back on?
This is a mistake. You need to slowly do it first to get enchanting and alchemy up to level 100 first then it will be capped. If you let it explode up above 100 like this it will keep going up infinitely until it goes higher than what number can be stored then the game will just crash anytime you try enchanting anything.

@Olivares Silviano lemme know if it works for ya. I was using the legendary edition on PS3 and even did this loop again today.

I didn't know Bruce Campbell was making Skyrim tutorials.
Its April 2023 and played on switch:skyrim anniversary edition, and its still working..i guess bethesda make this a feature instead lol
At this point in time, for Skyrim at least, it seems Bethesda has just said screw it and allowed these glitches to continue on. They’re basically a part of the full Skyrim experience nowadays.
This whole thing makes no sense but I’m not questioning it.
Still works. Was able to make Fortify Enchantment 4,845,623% and Fortify Restoration 1,564,475,392%.
13:40 This is the part where Nirn baps you on the head for breaking reality.
Tanall yo where is he? What city
