    Love this channel. Literally everything I do related to training, diet, sleep is almost exactly what Nick recommends. With the efforts I've put into research and self experimentation, I have come to the same conclusions. I know anything else I learn from him is something thats been battle tested and proven.

    This couldn't have come at more of a perfect time for me! I sleep naturally 8hr every night, but I need to get better quality sleep, like you said.
    I think the magnesium is what im missing as well as keeping myself tk a better schedule.
