I train on a 4 day split.
Day 1 - Jiujitsu & Muay Thai.
Day 2 - Sprints & Boxing.
Day 3 - Full body workout.
Day 4 - Active recovery or rest.
Repeat.
My full body workouts last 2 hours. Squats, presses, pulls, kettlebell work, the whole 9 yards.

Seconds turn into minutes. Minutes turn into hours. Hours turn into days. Days turn into months. Months turn into years. And before you know it you have nothing to show for it. Remember this. Time is important you don't get to go back in time. You'll regret it.

Love it! Honestly the stereotype of the dumb meat head couldn’t be farther from the truth. If someone that doesn’t have the genetic gifts but still can reach his/her goals, show commitment and a lot of thought.
