  • What is programming? Why is it important? How do I create it? Good questions, love where your head's at. Today in the Team Room we answer these questions and get into what my current system looks like.
What should we talk about next in the TR? Leave your topic requests in the comments.

When you stop and think about it, the human body's versatility and complex dimensions are really astounding. Great points on programming without getting too deep in the weeds!

    I train on a 4 day split.
    Day 1 - Jiujitsu & Muay Thai.
    Day 2 - Sprints & Boxing.
Day 3 - Full body workout.
Day 4 - Active recovery or rest.
    Repeat.
My full body workouts last 2 hours. Squats, presses, pulls, kettlebell work, the whole 9 yards.

When you come to think of it,it's more than training, it's helped me in a lot of situations e.g. preparing for exams

Working out was just part of my routine that also included BJJ and cycling! However recently i blew my knee and for now i have to focus in the upper body! Thanks for the tips and the well managed video!

This is exactly what I was looking for Nick, the way you break the programming down in detail is an eye opener.

The more training goals we have the more sophisticated we have to get with our programming. Big picture first then dial it in! Mindset💪🏾Thanks Bro!

Haven’t stepped foot in a gym since Covid hit, seriously halted my momentum. Really thinking about joining the military, and seeing you in the gym leaves me with zero excuses

Seconds turn into minutes. Minutes turn into hours. Hours turn into days. Days turn into months. Months turn into years. And before you know it you have nothing to show for it. Remember this. Time is important you don't get to go back in time. You'll regret it.

Love it! Honestly the stereotype of the dumb meat head couldn’t be farther from the truth. If someone that doesn’t have the genetic gifts but still can reach his/her goals, show commitment and a lot of thought.
I learned the importance of programming through Loui Simmons West Side barbell book of methods.
