Some of the best things I’ve ever heard about training is “don’t compare your chapter one to someone’s chapter 50” and I just always tell myself “stay in my lane” I don’t worry about what others are doing in the gym, for that hour it’s a time for me to focus on myself and pushing myself

Exactly! You’re at the gym for yourself, not others.
There are times that what others are able to do that I can’t really gets to me. That’s when I remember, “One day, my max will be my warmup.”

Hello Krissy, I started weight training 4 months ago, scared af to go the gym because I had no clue what I was doing. You're the only fitness influencer that broke it down for me, I appreciate the way you explain everything while still keeping it simple for the beginners. You are the best, I'm seeing progress and I'm starting to love working out, something I used to despise in the past. Thank you ❤

This is exactly ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS what I needed to get some exercise while I'm stuck at my desk all day. It's just the right size. Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.

I think that the reason as to why the leg extension machine doesn’t have any back support is because it’s actually engaging you to lean slightly forward. I’ve seen loads of videos by Harry on his channel “team fornever lean” where he talks about you being able to contract the quads a little bit more than else with a slight forward lean. Personally I find that helpful when I do leg extensions❤️

This is why I started following you, you're so genuine and sincere. When you explained that we should be aware that everyone's journey is different, it was really important to me, because sometimes I think I'm not making enough progress or maybe not fast enough progress, and I do work hard at the gym, and do see difference in my body, but I see this another girls and sometimes they make it seem so simple to get where they are, and it isn't. Everyone has their own time. So thank you so much, Krissy, to be truthful and keeping it real. You're a gorgeous person, in an out. ❤️

Krissy, I really hope you read this - I want you to know that you've helped me find myself. Don't ever stop doing what you do, because it's so much more than just training and motivating us. You're bringing so much positivity into this world, and I thank and love you from the bottom of my heart. Also, if I could ever purchase one of your leggings, I'd want them to be in olive green.

If your app is anywhere as helpful as your UA-cam videos, I'm signing up once my current subscriptions are done. So good

It is so great that you explained in details how to do barbell squats. You really made it clear.
Do you have any advice on how to overcome lack of confidence? The reason why I have never tried this type of squatting is that these smith machines are always at the "men's section" and I don't want to be watched by lads, also fearing that I'm doing it incorrectly. Also, I don't know how much weight I should start with and have no idea how heavy the barbell itself is, which also should be taken into consideration.
It is so annoying because I am aware how benefitial it is for growing the booties, which is my goal.
Would it be okay just to do dumbbell squats instead? I feel like though the dumbbells are not heavy enough and the growth wouldnt be as much as with the barbells.
You are really awesome, outstanding in your field.
Thank you for the answer 💖

Krissy you always seem to know all the right thing to say. It’s always things I need to hear too. You are just so realistic no wonder I chose to follow you and subscribe. This video was very helpful hearing the explanation in depth and not just steps like on the app, which I love!
