    Great channel with awesome, well-curated content coming out of Asia for a refreshing change. Nice that there's enough 'character' in your videos without being extreme or extra. Attempts to point out the smaller details and a lot of the online concerns surrounding the release of this camera also don't go unnoticed by viewers! Hope the manufacturers send you folks more products to review in the future!

      Thanks. I found it odd many reviewers didn’t like a lot of things about this camera, but perhaps they are used to the Swiss Army knife style of camera with all the buttons and dials. This is more simplified and once you accept that you find it fun to use. Also the size is great to take with you around

      @@DavidChiriboga you can check the 20 mm f1.8 G. Wider but very similar. More budget than that I think you can check the tamrom line up of primes, I think they have the 24 mm but in F2.8. How do you like compared to Sigma FP?

    • @TECH360TV
      @TECH360TV  4 роки тому +1

      Good question. Both are very good cameras but I find the A7c with mechanical shutter, IBIS, better AF and the lack of a loose dial on the back to be more versatile. However the video capabilities of the FP and image quality in stills make the FP attractive as well.
      Personally I’m excited to see the 2nd version of the FP.

Even with the release of the A7c or Panasonic S5, I'm still leaning toward the FP. I’m big into light and compact setups. The a7iii was decent enough to cover those things, exceptions are some of the bigger lenses.
    But given that the 7c is at least 90% of what the a7iii is, it’s a no-brainer me quite frankly. The a7iii spec wise is still absolutely more than enough for my work, having flippy screen and better AF is even better.

    The use case for a full-frame at this size is for gimbal work.
    Sony missed the 4K 60fps which should have been at least a selling point for the A7C that would complement the A7SIII.
    It doesn't have dual SD card slots, still at 4K 30, and just a few grams lighter... Might as well just get or stick to the A7III..
    If you're in for the weight and you can't carry a few grams, you got to man up those arms.

      In my opinion I think there are some that don’t see the market segment fo a camera like this. It’s not for video. This is a lifestyle, travel, street photography camera that also does video. From the design, the new sound to the mechanical shutter, it’s a camera that you throw in your bag and go.
      Yes you are right it’s good for gimbals and it will do that well, but I really think the angle is lifestyle street photography.

    This A7C Vs the Sigma fp. Which did you like more?

    • @TECH360TV
      @TECH360TV  4 роки тому +1

      Hmm depends on your usage.
      I find the A7c to be a better photographers camera due to EVF, mechanical shutter and better AF.
      The FP is great if you don’t mind a large screen as your only way to view the subjects your photographing and the colours out of the FP are fantastic.
      Video the FP has a lot more features, but again AF is lacking compared to Sony.

    It’s a cool looking camera but I wouldn’t use it for street photography and that’s all I do. No front dial, no joystick or touchscreen which to me would slow me down. They should of put the new menu layout in this camera but someone else said due to the chip it won’t be able to upgrade to new menu through firmware. Great camera for vloggers who need to get some photos on the side. Great video too

      Testing the R6 now. To me they are similar in functionality but design wise different. 7C is more of a street camera to me. Small, compact and easy to take. No fuss. The R6 is more like the A7III but faster with better AF
