Thank you Hannah. 🙏 This is really helping me to work through abandonment trauma. I have two questions.
1. Do you recommend making noises when there's a lot of pain. I find when express the pain vocally I can work through it quickly and breathing goes from quick to regulated.
2. Do you recommend exploring the painful poses more? I feel these are key areas (like pigeon) to work more on.
