Very nice finished pieces! I too have several pieces of Roxton solid maple that I'm beginning to update. So far, a coffee table, stripped right down and refinished with all that beautiful wood grain showing through! Lots of work, so most of the other pieces will be painted with maybe just the tops sanded down. I too would have used a warmer color hardware with that lovely warm white. What type of paint did you use, Holly? Not the colour but what Sherwin Williams line? The long cure time is what i want to avoid.
Thank you Kathy! I love how clean maple is, but sometimes can be a pain to stain for me at least 😅 Yes paint and stain combo are one of my favs!! If it was my own pieces, I totally agree I wouldn’t have gone silver. I actually had to buy the silver spray cause I’ve never had to buy it 😂 It’s Sherwin Williams opulence but it’s called cashmere in the states. It took a while for us to dry because it’s getting pretty cold here for us, but we were still able to get two coats on in one day :) Thanks for sharing Kathy ❤️
