Caa airspace is over 500 to 1000 feet as civil aviation act that they set.....the land owner owns the first 500 to 1000 feet (depending on area) of airspace above their land as written in the act and used in court before....therefore the direct land owner would be able to tresspass an item out of their airspace should it be under the 500 or 1000 feet set by the caa

I'm sad to say, I knew exactly where an 8888 plate was and I hadn't been by there in 6 months. There it was today. And no, I didn't fill up to 88888 even on the redraw.

Bus stop either side of the road you are stood on very much indicates it is a publicly accessible road. Therefore, you are permitted by law to take off from there, as it is classed as a public place. What you aren't allowed to do on publicly accessible roads is drive an uninsured, untaxed, not MOT'd vehicle down that road. No seatbelts either!
