@@SebastianEisenberg-qf4eb The threshold is higher than ‘suspect’ for section 50 POA. It needs them to ‘reasonably believe’. Section 50 of the Police Reform Act allows the police to ask for your name and address if they believe you are, or have been, engaging in anti-social behaviour. Anti-social behaviour is behaviour that causes, or is likely to cause, “harassment, alarm or distress”. Flying a 249g drone from a public place in unrestricted airspace is a lawful activity. The police have no expectations of privacy for their vehicles or themselves. The police supervisor is wrong, and had zero grounds for dispatching two officers to operate on false information, baseless assumptions, and zero knowledge of drone law. Ludicrous behaviour.

Wow unvbelievable. How did you keep your cool ? I really want to get mad at these two idiots, but you have to ask yourself who is training them ? This problem is way deeper than these PCs.
You are spot on - Idiots!
@@PureAuditsIt is Bristol 😂 this is Avon & Somerset at its finest.
It's big corporations that help fund the police because there is not enough tax money to go around.
“I’m Going to require your ID, have you got a driving licence or passport?”
“I’m not going anywhere”
😂😂
What a whopper…. And this kid is law enforcement
They cannot demand your ID. They obviously have no idea of the job they are supposed to be doing. They don't know legislation, infact they don't know sod all.
And they "speacialise" in 999 responce. Death rate will be going up and witness statements will be going down while they ring thier supervisor 😮
@@WendyWindows Every time the phone rings the Supervisor will be saying "I bet its that little sh!t again Grrrr"
They can require the drone operators details, but clearly they don’t know what legislation to use.
They can under Section 50 if they suspect of being Anti Social but this isn't relevant because filming in public and flying a drone over a building where one is allowed doesn't constitute them requiring your details
@@SebastianEisenberg-qf4eb The threshold is higher than ‘suspect’ for section 50 POA. It needs them to ‘reasonably believe’. Agreed he hasn’t committed a public order offence and they provided no reason to think he had so they were clearly wrong. They should just use the Air Traffic Control and Unmanned Aircraft act to get operator details, which might not be his details if someone else registered the drone.
So they don’t know the law.
So they pull the moral card about victims when that doesn’t work it “oh I’m vunerable” ……. Pathetic and overreach . Big brother here now .
"You're speaking to me like I'm a child".
Fair point.
He's a vegetable.
😂😂😂
"Officer, under section 26 I require _your_ details. I'm afraid I have to insist." He said while donning rubber gloves.
Key word being "public place" if that area is private property then the land owners permission must be obtained to take-off or land a UAV.
@@markstainer5717 Public access under section 33
@G58 yes from a Highway and yes from a street. Not from a private area or private road.
This has to be a joke... He writes information on his hand.... 🤪🤪🤪🤪
Its how he did it at his private boarding school.
OMG classic - @16:00 quote: "I don't want you to tell me the legislation" kind of says it all about the problem with police like these two goons. to them, the law is irrelevant!
A tossa in every uniform and a legal system designed to be abused??
A top video on how to get dragged into the Chief's office within your first 2 months of being on the force along with your supervisor!
You didn't have to understand fk all. It's either lawful or unlawful. Why do they always have to ask you to imagine some bs scenario? They're stuck on stupid.
This is very, very embarrassing for those two officers. If this is the state of the UK police, absolutely shameful...
Sad thing is these are to ego driven to blink an eyelid at this. They are brain washed that they are right no matter what.
"Nah, just don't tell them!"
Those coppers were embarrassing 😂
Avon and Somerset constabulary should be ashamed and so should national grid.
Thing is, Avon and Somerset is 20 years behind in most things, so fair play. But yes.

I love how the supervisor allegedly told them the drone isn't allowed and then decided to look up the legislation. 10/10 police work
4044's a little brittle, might need to be bubble wrapped before next deployment.
Did he write on his hand? Wow, that cops is a child. He needs to be in a nursery not wearing a clown cop costume and bothering adults.
They don’t even issue them with note books nowadays, that detail will wash off, stupid boy.
Surely he should be making an official record as he is conducting official police business.
@KeithBurtons That's the only reason he got promoted, however he sometimes go back to the old days of eating crayons

The lack of basic education and ignorance from these 'police officers' is both shocking and astounding. I actually can't believe what i'm hearing from these two imbeciles. Then misusing legislation to obtain your details. Did the memo not go out that this isn't the gestapo?? You are in a public place doing perfectly lawful activity. To say that these two numskulls are an embarrassment to the force are an understatement. Well done for being so polite and calm. If this was TLA they would've been given (and rightfully so) an ear bashing!
Section 26 offence all day long. The way they demanded your ID. And put pressure on you to stop doing a perfectly lawful and harmless activity.
I thought you gave those 2 clowns far too much info. When they ask questions: give them nothing. Including the weight of your drone.
He was talking out of his arse when he was droning on about risks of accidents, and it not being legal for you to fly there.
Focus Pocus would have had a field day with those coppers and Grid employees.
Focus Pocus is brilliant. But PA works differently. He pulls them in and it’s a laugh to watch them take the bait. It looks like he lets them walk all over him, but nah…..!
@@jaywolf7917 FP and PA are very good at their jobs. Some others are overly sharp and rude ....FP and PA let the victims dig their own hole! lol
The best bit is the WPC "I don't want my car reg being put over the internet" or something to that affect. So basically, I'm going to use the law to my own benefit and commit a section 26.
Yes he would.
The Only FALT is with that copper!!!!!
He's a Copper WoW

Shouldn't be allowed out with his Mum or an adult carer😢
He probably is a supervisor with the state of UK police today.

Under Section 50 of the comedy gold act i require you to watch part 2 of this video.....I will 😊😅😂
Rice vs Connolly 1966 is case law. None of their business!
Wow! What an embarrassment to the British police. Poorly trained and refusing to listen to reason. Looking forward to part 2, and hoping it ends with them apologizing and doing the walk of shame.
This is what the hilarious ITVX comedy "Piglets" is based on. Police training is literally a joke. 😂
I thought the show was a Documentary at first.. 😝
Except, this is miles funnier😅

Very "special"
Crayons and helmets needed
If a referee of a Premier League football match was having an argument with a player about offside while admitting he didn't have a clue about the offside rule. then he would lose his job.
This is what we have for Police now, absolutely pathetic, especially her stood there with legs crossed and hands in pockets absolute joke .
They abuse that legislation left right and center

nice of her to admit she understands why people hate the police
that's actually a fair point
What is wrong with people today? When a plane or helicopter flies over why don’t they call the police and act like real fools?
Contrary to ”antisocial behaviour”, filming in public is a human right under the right for artistic and jounalistic expression. The brick-coppers have sworn an oath to protect such rights. Please file complaints and request an apology.
