Wow! I'm 35lbs overweight with long covid issues and having the strength to get in the gym or even go for a 20 minutes walk it too much but These 7 chair exercises are a real benefit to myself and anyone who puts the effort forth. I have Completed 17 Days Exercise and Today i am sharing my review...initially it will be very hard to go through this Exercise as it not for beginners but by the time you will get used to it and day one i was 78 now i weigh 71 and i can see little change in my Belly...it is more stronger and acquired good enough endurance and going to continue with this exercise.
Highly recommended Do it 2 times day for good results

@@hsrs23 Guys there is no secret eat healthy, consume protein, reduce satured fat. Make sure to reduce fat and a reduce a litle bi of carbs. dont do the same mistake as mee eating food with high carbs and fat. eat your protein and also a litle a fibers to get you energy

Ok bro I'll start doing this exercises from tomorrow after 17 day I'll come back and give the results 😢. We men are very unimaginable bcoz for example from morning till evening or night we enjoy our day with out any thinking about wat we going to next or for future then suddenly in early morning we started to think about we have to save money we should buy a house a car or a private jet😂lot of things I really don't understand why we men got this unpredictable power😂😂and this also like that suddenly I woke from my bed and started to think about we have to maintain our body and health 😂 that's it 😊 I'll come back after 17 days tq for this video ❤

Do those exercises help with the bloated belly like shape the muscles. Nevertheless do like 50 or 100 a day until shape to desire. I guess might take 3 years to shape it out ...

Dieses Workout finde ich aktuell zu schwer, ab der 3. Übung wird mir richtig schlecht . Ich habe rückenprobleme vom lkw fahren vermute ich . Aber seit 3 Monaten jetzt rücken und sobald ich mich lege oder esse wird mir direkt schlecht . Daher nicht so machbar. Die Ärzte sagen aktuell noch nix da ich monate warten muss auf Termine. Würde so gerne am Bauch abnehmen. Habe vor einem halben Jahr garkein Bauch gehabt. Seit etwas über einem Monat habe ich extremst zugenommen. Ich esse weniger versuche Sport zu machen was nicht täglich funktioniert wegen der Arbeit. Ihr wisst sicher wie es als lkw fahrer ist. Aber ich werde es schaffen. Hoffe das ich schnell fett abbauen kann .💪

@@geno5169 every food has a calorie count. Set a number, like 800 calories. You cannot eat more than that in a day.
A donut can have 400 calories. While 20 bananas can have 400 calories. This affects the kinds of foods you are allowed to eat. You cant survive eating 1 donut a day. But you can eating 20 bananas a day.
