    Crazy that after 20 yrs of working out, I've learned more about proper form in the last year, just from watching videos of Mike. Mad respect for this dude!

    I’m really amazed this exists and we got it for free.
    This format where we see working somebody else is the real treasure.
    Mike doing it just looks so easy and he’s not running into movement errors like we mortals do.
    I’m so happy that there’s a lot of mike’s chest videos. I feel like we all were somehow begging for this.
    And the production, that environment, that gym looks so good.
    I watch a lot of gym videos because I like to educate myself and see different takes and i can objectively say that Mike got the best content there is right now.

      I think Mike should do an instructional DVD and I'd pay for it. This dude deserves some cash for the service and expertise he's providing 👌

    I never really felt my chest working on dumbell bench until you're advice on engaging lats , now it's a whole new ballgame , I totally get it now , thank you.

      @@ckingfitness1003 I just started to apply this form really , I was pushing 42.5kg dumbells for a top set of 12 , Dropped to 35s for 3 sets of 12-14 for practice (get more reps in ) and am building back up, hope this helps.

    Since the start if Cofit19 back in 2020 where I was limited to adjustable dumbbells up to 70 LBS + following Mike's training principles I am respecting the 50's, 60's and 70's LBS dumbbells a lot more than ever! Before I was just warming up with those numbers and nowadays they are still my working weights!
    Form and technique is what builds muscle and density 💪🏼💪🏼

    It's funny that people always want to rip what you teach but every different person you work with always say they feel it better than they ever have in they're own training people get with it and understand Big Mike is the real deal
