Mike you’re so smart, I’ve been training for over 25 years, 52 years old this Friday coming up and I’m still eager and open to learn. Thank you so much for sharing with us all, I’ll pass it on among my friends and family as well. Thank you!
Mike, I've been lifting for 40 yrs and personal training for 35. Numerous bodybuilding and powerlifting shows as of you. Your so good at putting this information out there. So many fallacies (sp) in the trainers today teaching. They don't know shit from the hole in their ass. Please keep this up. Us old timers love it and these young ding dongs need to quit watching "kinobody" and fix their shit. Great job man.
I Love this guy. It goes to show, that you don't have to be on stage for people to emulate you. Big Mike is so graciously passing on his knowledge thru these GREAT videos!
This technique is an absolute game changer. I’m not a body builder or compete, just your average gym goer and this is awesome. I did this today and my chest is on fire. Thanks for the content and knowledge Mike.
@steveo1791 if you are going to once per week per week you just have to do enough volume in that one session. but probably better to spread it of over the week according to the latest research.
Great video! It was awesome to see you teaching someone technique instead of showing and telling us. So fired up after this. please do another video with someone, there inspiring and it feels like your right there doing it with them. I think we can all agree that in order to achieve our goal, we need wycked merchandise! I know you said it was coming so hopefully soon. Until Wednesday, stay strong💪
Amazing content. Learn something new in every video. Calisthenics got me into fitness but I now wanna gain size and learning how to move properly is key.
You obviously had experience lifting, but still willing to learn! Clearly a testament to your great physique. Enjoyed watching this video - fellow Brit 🇬🇧
Hey Big Mike I'm taking all your pointers and using them and they are working 💪. I'm curious how many sets do you teach your clients? I've been doing 4 sets of 12 to 15 reps. I'm building my own program now but adding in your pointers to it. Keep up the hard work and feeding us the wisdom you have. 💪
I have been watching your videos for about a week now, Mike. The overarching principle that I have taken away is that we’re OK to use momentum to *some* extent in order to move in a favourable manner and use said muscle in the most effective way possible. I know you’re not a fan of broad “blanket” statements such as the above. 😂 Having said that, for someone that was under the impression that using momentum is a “faux-pas” - this really is a game changer. The majority of what you’re preaching comes naturally to athletes once they have the appropriate information. Thanks for the videos.
Is there a tattoo shop nearby cause you could exercise chest and then go get the chest tattooed while it's all pumped up from following Mike's chest workout here.
I see alot of people asking Mike and about sets and reps. I honestly don't think Mike counts any of it. It looks like he does 4 or 5 exercises for the bigger muscle groups, lots of supersets assuming equipment is not being used and the typical 8 to 12 reps. He focuses on tension and form. But it's obvious him and his guys aren't doing 5 rep sets.
Anyone else rock their head back and forth while watching Mike's chest videos? Lol
😂😂
All the damn time , I was just on the toilet handling my business, and I was rocking on chest like nobody's business 😂😂
Lmao

Guaranteed quality content. Learn something every time. Would love to see you training and your sets and split
Just experiment and see what works best for you. Run a 6 to 8 week consistent split and see what you respond to the best.
