@@Thespicyapron Hi, and thanks for the reply. FYI, I ended up making this recipe on Friday night. We had several people over for dinner, so I stacked six salmon fillets in the IP and used your timing. When I opened the lid, the top and bottom fillets were done, but the ones in the middle of the stack were still raw on the inside, but their edges were done. I removed the cooked fillets (they were falling apart), closed the lid and cooked the rest for an additional 4 minutes, with an 5 min. NPR, and they were perfect. Thanks!!

I've not done swordfish in the IP, but if I were doing it, I would add about 2 minutes. You can always pop it back in if it's not done to your liking. Keep it up! :)

Do you have any kind of silicone steamer basket that is flexible? That would work? In in pinch, you could always put a couple of forks upside down on the bottom and rest the fish on those. :) Give it a try!

You absolutely need to add time if the fish is frozen. I actually struggle with getting the timing right when cooking from thawed. It just doesn't feel right to only cook for 3-4 minutes!

    • @Thespicyapron

The water level in mine is below the tip of the trivet so it does not touch the water.

Here’s the recipe because using her link within the youtube app is a nightmare on iOS:
    FOR THE SALMON
    2 5-ounce skin-on salmon filets
1 cup of water (to bring the pot to pressure)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon fresh dill, minced
    2 lemons
    FOR THE SAUCE
8 tablespoons butter, divided (6 tablespoons chilled)
    1 large shallot, minced
    3/4 cup white wine
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice from one of the lemons
1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
