I just tried this for the first time with my insta that i just purchased. Was looking for some post bariatric meals i can make cause i can have this now. It came out so good, way better than how i did it when i tried pan searing it months ago. And it came out perfect like in your video. Thanks for the video. I can add this to my meal preps now.

Thanks for sharing this Melanie my oldest is in remission from leukemia and she loves salmon how much time do I add for frozen salmon since that's what I have at the moment 😊
Extra 5 minutes for frozen. When it’s done, check the internal temp to make sure it’s at least 145F (or cut a piece to see if it’s cooked inside). If not cooked, put back in the air fryer and cook for another 5 min. The cooking time really depends on the thickness of the fillets. Sending prayers for continued health for your child 🙏
