Finally got off the fence after a Black Friday sale, at the beginning of the month, and just put it to work on Thursday. Made collard greens, lentils for a mushroom Lentil loaf, a 14 bean soup, spicy garlic eggplant, white beans and spinach, sweet potatos for a casserole & cauliflower mash over 3 days. Not having to soak beans is priceless.
Glad I finally made it to the party...btw I used your collard greens recipe. 👍🏿
