And then you have screwdrivers that say Cr-V for chromium and vanadium. And I'm sure there are probably hundreds of different additives. And, I'm also sure they didn't specify anything more about the steel's composition since then it would be possible to design an attack capable of getting through

A 120V at 1A is lethal in the US, but its the difference between a slight touch between live and neutral (or ground) and holding onto the live wires. It is the same with the taser. A taser has pulses of electricity around a microsecond, or tens of nanoseconds. If those pulses that are 50KV and a couple of milliamps at a millionth of a second, it would hurt like hell, but would not kill a healthy person. What does kill? 120 Volt AC at 15 Amps constant.

Nothing about this vehicle is "bomb proof", the wheels are just black rhino armory rims, there's no undercarriage protection (you know, from the bombs that will take out the occupants), the whole interior of this truck is off the jeep wrangler

Another point to the cybertruck
That's the issue with "Bugout" and "Apocalypse" vehicles. Most of them are combustion engines. These will work great for a short time. But then you start running into problems when you need to perform maintenance on and refuel them. EV's are stupid simple to maintain, and the car is its own source of fuel. All you need to do is spin the drive wheels to recharge the batteries. That means you don't even need a source of electricity. Build a sort of reverse dyno that is powered by wind or solar that works to spin the wheels of the car. The regenerative braking will recharge the batteries. You can't do that with a combustion engine. Once you run out of fuel, you're SOL.
PS: Of course, the easiest way to recharge an EV is with an actual charger. (IE: Put solar panels on your bugout home) But if you're in a bind and you're crafty enough, you can recharge an EV without a direct source of electricity.
Oh, you want to compare the Cybertruck to a Prius?
Cybertruck is fully electric, so it doesn’t need ANY gas.
Cybertruck has 16” of ground clearance, so it can go anywhere.
Cybertruck can’t be dented, even with a sledgehammer.
How many of those things does a Prius have? Zero.

For my mechanically inclined brethren to understand electrical terms,
think of electricity as fuel in a fuel system, where:
Current = Gallons per minute fuel flow
Voltage = Fuel pressure in PSI
Resistance = flow restrictions (-6AN lines (are more restrictive) vs -10AN lines (flow more due to larger diameter hose))
Transformers/step up (which can increase voltage at the cost of loss of amperage/current), where battery = fuel tank with standard fuel pump; transformer = p-pump for direct injection systems (increases fuel pressure (voltage) dramatically while not providing a large fuel flowrate (current)).
