@@zyclipss7202 The keeb is so modifiable you can change the stock case to a more premium Tofu Aluminium Case. The one thing you can't mod is the switches
So can I ask? Is it the case that makes it sound better in that scenario? Or is it the other mods people tend to do with a case like that? I just ordered a wooting. Definitely interested in modding it.
Wooting have made the keyboard sound much better stock since this video was made. I think they have started lubing the switches more in the recent batches.
Don't listen to any old video regarding the sound. Mine just recently arrived and it sounds nothing like all of these old sound tests. I am pretty sure they have lubed the switches more in the recent batches.
I guess it's Lekker Linear60. Cheap arse switches. Wooting tried to make this sound good by using an expensive case, but they forgot to use good switches. It's not worth $170 at all.
PBT. ABS is the one i use, personally i think ABS is more Nice (feels Clean with No texture, and the sound is really great too. Recommend wooting and ABS. 👍
the microphone can pick up sound very differently the table is made of wood there are a lot of factors as to why sound tests do not sound consistent from person to person
I thought the same, but you can customise the keyboard so much the lack of keys barely matters. I currently have the right menu, ctrl, fn and shift as the arrow keys when pressed and their usual function when held. I went from only using full size keyboards to the wooting 60he and it hasn't been bad at all.
It’s called the wooting 60he It’s a fast keyboard because it has magnetics inside them so it’s faster then most keyboards It is pretty expensive but if you play competitive games like apex Fortnite or valorent then this keyboard is for you You can also customize it by putting it in a metal case or switching the keycaps with something that sounds a little better like the gateron magnetic jade switch There’s a bunch of easy tutorials on UA-cam on how to do so But if all that’s sounds too confusing the base keyboard is still really good

got both and i prefer the 60he+ ngl
ofc its not very good sounding from a custom kezboard perspective. but for a gaming keyboard this is like super solid.

might be the mic! or might be something they changed with the switched, afaik, the switches come stock unlubed.
