Thank you. Very easy tutorial to follow and I'm enjoying this pattern so much. I just bought yarn I don't need because it was pretty and on sale an now I'm using this pattern to make a blanket.
This is a beautiful pattern . I also love the colors on this. I had to wait until today to get some yarn. To follow along. I am really a beginner crocheted. At first I watched it and thought Oh no, I can’t do this. Lol. So I started again with just a small scarf size and followed paused followed paused . I was so proud of myself I did it Thank you I am 74 in a month. I am now ready to make two baby blanket for my new Great grand babies . Thank you again Blessings
I just finished a blanket with this stitch for my younger sister. Put 1-ruffle border on from "Lil Blossom" baby blanket pattern on BOD! Prettiest stitch I've EVER made!!! Your tutorials are always so clear ! Not so far away you can’t tell what your doing and not too close that it’s blurry. Just right !! I think that’s why so many people like your tutorials it’s step by step and clear vision of what your doing. 💕
I agree, I have watched tons of how to vids and it is so hard to learn from some people. This is super clear and understandable so I cant wait to try it
I love the way you explain your tutorials, you make it so easy to follow. Love your channel Crystal. Thank you for being an awesome teacher of crochet and knowing so much about yarn.
I, also, LOVE your tutorials! I love that you go through each stitch, explaining as you go 😊. I made a sampler starting the pattern with a (size J) for a few inches, then used a (size H) for a few more inches, then at last used a (size F) hook. It is a beautiful stitch!
You are amazing! I am making the puffed shell stitch for one teen son and the other wanted a super complicated mile a minute pattern. We watched this last night and my boy asks me Mom do you think I could do that? I said yes you could! I could start it and you could work on it with me over the summer. He wants to learn!!! Thank you oh so much Crystal.
Omgggggggggghhsssshhhhh! Lol so I’ve been spinning in my brain I swear… trying to decide what new stitch to use for my next project…. I’m pretty new, so it can be overwhelming… I’ve been pouring over books and drowning while surfing the internet. EXHAUSTING! So, last night I was like…. “Hey self…. Whenever Crystal puts her next tutorial up, use that”. Holy 🐮! Not only is what you posted ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, but it’s TOTALLY PERRRRFEEECCCTTT for what I need! Thanks girl! Your the Best!!!! 😊
I saw a video for a baby blanket using this stitch. I loved it and watched it several times but the tutorial was very hard to understand. You are a natural teacher and I'm grateful to have found you!
I made blanket with this stitch it came out beautiful. Everyone thought it was a difficult stitch but it wasn't. Thank you for sharing. You are such a detailed teacher.
Inayas ToyBox Crochet made a beautiful blanket with this stitch, I’m so glad she gave you credit and shared your link on her video because you have so many patterns it’s hard to choose one. Thanks for the easy to follow instructions🤗
Using this tutorial, I've just completed a baby blanket. I followed up with the final step to even up the final row. And used the small Picot stitch for a boarder. Your verbal instructions are very easy to follow and the videos are awesome. Thank you for sharing your talents with us.
Love this easy pattern can't wait to make a wrap I also like your tutorials a long time crocheted of 50 years stitches have changed very little just combined them to make prettier products.
I have been working on a blanket with this stitch for the last 3 days! I wish I would have waited now, hearing you explain is much easier than figuring it out from a written pattern lol. It does have a gorgeous texture, and works up fairly quickly. I love that Scuba ombre you are using!!
I agree with hearing her explain the pattern and see her do the stitches. My Grandma used to read patterns and get the monthly Workbasket magazine for her new patterns. I just can't seem to get the written instructions. Thank goodness for UA-cam!
This is, without compare, my current favorite stitch. I am making an afghan out of squares of this, and I've made about 5 cotton dishcloths of it! LOVE IT! THANK YOU!
Crystal you spoil us with choice, I want to make a blanket but all your patterns are so nice I don't know which to choose, thank you for everything and stay safe.
Gorgeous hooks! I have been crocheting for 55yrs but don't have a favorite size, I love them all. He has some beautiful pics on his Instagram. Ty so much for everything u do. I love so many of ur patterns and have made several. God bless💜💜💜
Thank you for this marvelous tutorial. I used some perfect phasing bernat blanket yarn to make a blanket with this and it went SUPER fast, as well as the good pile on the stitch makes it super fluffy. Love it!
Lovely stitch. Wish I was able to make up patterns. I would love to have a hat and scarf made with this stitch. If you would make a hat that would be totally awesome. Thank you Crystal.
Ty so much for this video. I've been crocheting since I was 8. I'm 49 now. I've only did single crochet blankets or double crochet. I have a hard time following patterns and some tutorials that other people have done. You make crocheting so easy and fun. I'm so amazed at all the different patterns I can do now because of you. Ty so much. You have inspired me to do a recovery blanket. I am a recovering addict, 9 months clean 🎊🎉🎈 each block I did is a different pattern and the yarn i used mostly came from the dollar tree or discount stores..and each block is different color.. I can't wait to get it done so I can show you!!!! Ty again for being a huge inspiration to me.
Just finished making a blanket with this stitch. I used two Caron Anniversary Cakes, color way of Chocolate Fountain and used a L/8mm hook and chained 120 plus 2. Finished size was 49"x65". After the final row I did one more row of single crochet back across the final row. I had about 18 inches of yarn left. Love this stitch and this will be a go to stitch for many projects. It's nice and thick and "squishy" 😊.
Thank you! You taught me to crochet a baby blanket with this lovely stitch. I used Bernat Baby in Beachcomber. Appreciate you always give the multiples so it's easy to adapt to the size needed.❤
Debby the Canadian crocheter followed this tutorial and made a lovely blanket with Mandala ombré so I had to check it out. I have 5 Cascade whirligigs in violet shades i think i will use for a throw in this stitch. I would like to do a foundation sc row instead though because I find them so much easier to do than crocheting into chains. Thanks Crystal!
It is beautiful. It amazes me how you can come up with so many different patterns. I appreciate how slow and thoroughly you explain and show what you are doing. Thank you for everything.
I love your tutorials. I have never watched anybody else that is as easy to understand as yours. Thank you. I can't wait to try this. It looks beautiful.
This is a beautiful stitch! When I first started to crochet I saw a baby blanket tutorial that I think was this stitch but she didn’t speak English very good and went a bit fast but I really wanted to make it for my first grandson so I rewatched it a hundred times I think until I got it or mostly like it. I am so happy you taught this stitch because I now can make it easier and correctly! Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Much Love and blessings
Crystal, I wanted you to know that I picked up this pattern so quickly which is wonderful as unique stitches can be hard for me. Thank you for showing how to do a border that makes things soo much easier!
I also wanted to mention that if some find ch 3 after fpsc makes to big of a space even after the 3dc, I started ch 2 after the fpsc and it makes a great difference without affecting the pattern.
Thank you Crystal!! I love this pattern!! I’m going to make an Afghan for my bed with this stitch! I made a throw blanket last year, but I don’t remember who I got the pattern from!! Gosh, I’m so proud I finally found some one that can refresh my memory!! I will get this pattern typed up and put it in with my other patterns that I have, most of them are from you!! Thank you again Crystal, you are definitely a lifesaver for me!! Thanks again!! I love all of your tutorials. I have learned so much from you this year!! NORMA COLLINS FROM TEXAS

Thank you so much for explaining multiples. Now I know what that means. Sometimes it is the simplest things that instructors don't explain. Shawn
And, so many people do not give you the multiple of stitches that you need. It is very annoying.
I have a bunch of cotton cakes I can use to make scarves with this stitch. 😁😁😁😁. Thanks Crystal.
