Hello 👋 new friend! This is my first time seeing your channel/ video/ tutorial and can I just say , omg how amazing you are! You instructions both verbal and visual are so clear and thorough. You are a wonderful teacher! I totally appreciate you for the hard work you put in to your super clear and non confusing instructions. This is such a beautiful stitch ! I can’t wait to get started on it . I want to make a special friend a nice gift using a textured stitch that looks fancy and this is it! Thank you so much! Throwing yarn 🧶 at your window 🪟 friend! As well as letting my friends know about your awesome channel! I will be sharing this video with my friends! Thank you again ! So happy I stumbled on to your awesome channel! Look forward to watching your other videos! Be well , happy new year! 🎆
I love this stitch. It is a great "yarn beast" if you have a lot of the same yarn. I am currently using a new Caron Colorama Halo cake yarn with this. Picked up 4 cakes of it and the shawl I am.maki g is turning out so thick and cozy. For reference I believe Halo is classed as a 5 weight yarn. I am using an L/8mm crochet hook so the shawl isn't too dense.
I really love this stitch. After watching your tutorial which was just at my pace and so easy to follow, I have just completed a beautiful scarf which I am delighted with. Thank you so much for sharing this.
I would fasten off after my final row repeat, don't turn. Keep your work facing you so where you fastened off is to your left. I would reattach my yarn to the bottom right corner and sc up the right side, over the top of the work and then down the left side. I would make 3 sc in each corner too. That way you set up a sc foundation border...no need to do sc across the bottom as you started with a sc row. Hope this helps and sorry for the delay in replying 😊
Absolutely beautiful, I love this crochet stitch and will definitely make a little baby blanket for my little grandson Zach, who's 2 yrs old..I hope it turns out neat and tidy just like yours...I'm just finding it a bit hard to hold yarn in my left hand to get the right tension,if you could please give me some tips.Thank you so much 👍👍😗❤
I see what you mean I watched the video back 😮😊 I meant to say I have done the swatch in DK yarn...I hadn't noticed so many thanks, how confusing am I.... As the swatch is actually done using double crochet I see where you are coming from 😊
Just wanted to say how clear and easy to follow your instructions are. Thank you for your videos .

Just came across your video. LOVE IT!!!!!! Absolutely easy and clear instructions. How would you end the last row if you were to make a border??????
I would fasten off after my final row repeat, don't turn. Keep your work facing you so where you fastened off is to your left. Beautiful. Thank you so much
Thank you 😊
I hope you can help me make this scarf
On the last row should I do a row of double crochet across to match the beginning row
A row of single crochets (US terminology) would work well. It depends what you are making and personal preference. 😊
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you😊
Ok so what's the multiples to chain ??????????
Multiples of 4 + 2
💕💕👍
Thank you I am so glad you like it 😊
