    I Really enjoyed this video. I recently started a UA-cam channel about the Hobby farm that we maintain with our 2038 are so I understand the amount of effort that goes into recording while you’re trying to get work done

    Liked your video, I have a 2038R and plan to buy the 270B backhoe. Your video was very helpful.

    I'm from down south...but something in your accent, reminds me of my summers playing, and working, in northern MI, and central WI! I really enjoyed your video. Very informative! Hope I can look at a Deere soon, for my landscape needs.

    Wish I could've finished this but, unfortunately, the awful, loud music was too annoying and distracting from an otherwise excellent video.

    Looks like a grapple is needed for the logs. Something to consider.

    Thanks for the great info on the 2038R. I’m debating between the 2038R and the 2032R - any recommendations based on your experience? It’s a $2500 upper for the 38R so wondering if I really need the extra HP.
    Is that the 12” or 16” bucket? Also curious where you picked up the Bxpanded thumb. I too live in Canada but haven’t found a Cdn supplier for bxpanded. Did you order it in from the US? And why the bxpanded thumb instead of the Deere version?
    Thanks!

      As for the the advantage between 32-38, You shouldn't notice much difference unless you are running PTO attachments that need the hp to operate effectively or you are pushing or pulling something. It was equipped with a 16in bucket. We are a supplier for BXPanded. We try to stock the thumbs in stock. We got involved carting them because of a supply shortage on the deere thumbs at the time

    I’m picking up my 2038r in about 2 weeks. It’s my first real tractor.
    I liked you video with the exception of the music. Believe me I love music but the chances of everybody liking the same music as you is less than 50% especially if as another person states it is not balanced with the volume of your voice or whatever else the video is supposed to be about. Look we all did not come here for a music video, we came for the tractor and your comments on it. Please don’t take my comments as as a personal cut as so many do, it’s meant to be constructive. As I said I have not picked mine up yet so I am going to subscribe to your channel and I would appreciate any videos you can post ASAP LOL on it especially on the little details of how the controls work as those kind of videos are hard to find. For example the auto throttle and using the loader with it. I have yet to find one on that. I am getting a stump grinder so I am getting the rear SCVs on it. It doesn’t look like you have them. Using the cruise control. The dash buttons.
    Thanks,
    Jeff

    Im 90% sure I'm trading my 1025R to a 2038 TLB. Is the backhoe clearance under the tractor an issue?

    • @anthonyallen1961
      @anthonyallen1961  5 років тому

      Hi Bill, The frame sticks down a few inches from the tractor frame. Nothing substantial. I have never had anyone complain that is has been an issue. You are going to be impressed with a 2038R over the 1025R. Thanks for watching!!

      @@billburkhart did you pull the trigger on the 2038? And what are you looking the 2038 to do that your 1025 cannot? Well, besides to not take as long doing your projects and more hp

    • @billburkhart
      @billburkhart 5 років тому +2

      Hi Justin, Thanks for asking! Yes I put a down payment on the machine yesterday pending my trip to the Louisville Tractor show in February. I desire to lift heavier loads with the front loader, I want more HP at the PTO, and I added the 2 1/2 spacers for more stability on sloping ground. I also wanted more breaking force with the backhoe because my soils here are rocky limestone and clay. AND I just wanted a larger tractor because I love these darn things. I buried too many friends this year and told myself what the hell, just get it. I hope I have a long time to use it.
      Thanks again for asking, looking forward to see other videos from you.

      @@billburkhart I've got to agree having a larger tractor would be great!! I've just got to get my wife through N.P. school first!! Are you trading your tractor in, selling it, or keeping it? If trading it in, would you care to share what there giving you for trade in value and how many hours you've got on the 1025r? Thanks!

      Agreed, and if you have to have music, try to balance the music volume with your speaking. It's no fun to have to turn the volume down every time the music plays and turn it back up to hear you speak. On a lighter note, I too have a 2038R and could really use a box blade like yours!

    Like the video “ good quality “, like the content “ , but couldn’t take being blasted by the so called music. The first music sounded like a room full of computers Farting, as if that is possible. Please don’t take offense but if you can not blast me out and improve the music I would be inclined to subscribe.
