Ive seen where some wholesailers, write a check, separate from deposit for the inspection period? Usually like $10 dollars. Is this necessary, and escrow used to be like 10 days now is 30 days more the standard? Thanks in advance.
The TREC contract is a lot to fill out each time, Im near Wichita falls TX I just used this contract and sent it to a real estate attorney and they said it looked fine. I imagine there's a way for sellers to get out of the deal tho it doesn't look full proof but it's got everything you need to close a deal

You don't need a LLC right away. Get it after you close a deal.
