I do not know where you get this from but there are no peer reviewed papers stating that grains are inflammatory. I highly suggest to read about the blue zones by Dan buettner, which analysed the diet patterns of the longest living populations on our earth (blue zones) and a common factor of all of their diets is high consumption of grains, legumes and fruits and vegetables and low to no consumption of animal products.

Even omega 3's if they are heated oxidize, so wouldn't any sort of more stable oil be better, like saturated fats like cocont or butter, or non heated or low heated monohnsaturated oils?

Exercise plays a huge role as well, we have to make sure we are burning off some of the calories that we're taking in and for myself I try to drink 4 to 5 16 ounce bottles of water a day to keep my body flushed out if you get my drift ;) I'm finished dinner no later than 7pm and if I get hungry later I'll eat some unseasoned cashews or an apple or some fruit in proportion to the size of the apple and make that do whether I still want to eat more or not remember because we're working out our body's will burn most of what we eat while sleep if we're strength training, muscle burns fat.

I found it funny that you had the conversation about gluten, when all of the grains listed we’re gluten-free except for barley. In essence, you’re having that conversation just to defend barley. Having been gluten-free for about 20 years, I find an anti-inflammatory diet is basically a healthy gluten-free diet. In general, minus a few things like barley. And an anti-inflammatory diet may be especially helpful for people who are gluten-free - because they end up eating so much rice flour. That conversation would’ve been much more helpful. And wouldn’t have automatically shed bad light on gluten-free choices.

I am really confused as to where this information is coming from. If you actually do research on systematic inflammation caused by diet, there are very few and they are quite contradicting. The only solid thing the research can tell us is that high calorie diets, leading to an increase in body mass, increases systematic inflammation. I am therefore assuming that the reason high sugar diets are frowned upon in this video, is because the people who eat high sugar diets tend to be overweight, therefore having a high amount of systematic inflammation. But then again, these are all good foods that are recommended so I'm not too upset about it, it's just not really based on evidence 😄

I don't think you should give up any food group including meat. I was vegetarian for 5 years. It was ok.

I always wondered about gluten and that may be some underlying cause, realized later it is non-processed, organic. Too bad it is so far to find some things.

I love lentils and oatmeals. Unfortunately will make my entire body to inflamate. Some foods might be bad for you, while for some people may not. Last year I made a 40 days (could only be 10) of Daniel fast (biblical fast) and I tell you the entire year I was feeling awesome. The problem with beens, lentils is that are not "alive". If you want them in your diet you should try eat them germinated in salads or green. GMOs are the problem here and you should eat the most organic possible. We are poisoned through food, water, air, medicines and we should look more to what we are putting in our mouths. God bless.

There are keto ice creams, of you can make your own at home. Personality, I feel that if you're doing what you should 80% of the time, you should be fine the other 20%. I'm not doctor, thought. 😊
