The best way to fight inflammation is mind-body tools. If you are living in chronic stress your are not able to absorb any nutrients. Dont stress about what you eat. Eat mindfully and with joy and pleasure.

what is your knowledge / opinion about anti nutrient in grains and such ? i listen to a podcast (mindbodygreen) and they talk alot about it. it confused me ngl
I also saw a few studies / scientific talk about the benefit of meat so i guess each its own for the vegan / non vegan part but im not versatile / cook enough to enjoy a healthy diet without meat for now i think …

In one of the similar videos by you, you mentioned that sparkling water is not good for you according to Ayurveda then you launch sparkling tea. It takes away your credibility.
