    Good tips, thank you. I’ve been feeling very anxious about falling asleep and not getting enough sleep. What sometimes helps me shut off my brain is setting the timer for a boring tv show and to shut off after 30 mins. I know it’s not a good practice, but it has been helping me turn off my thoughts.

    Thank you for the tips, going to try and implement them all, I have insomnia sometimes I don't sleep for 3 days due to stressful job/anxiety. What helped me was, exercise, taking maletonin and magnesium, stop gaming, and definitely no phone. I want to stop taking supplements so my body will naturally fall asleep. From ur tips I'm gona commit to an early jog before work, get in some early sunlight, reduce my coffe intake, maybe just green tea, and definitely start reading books before bed and jotting down notes. I find myself grabbing my phone constantly and adding things to my calender lol anyway i can write for days I can't sleep lol thanks

    I can't able to sleep due to overthinking and anxiety because of exams and whenever i can't able to talk to my boyfriend my anxiety increases and negative thoughts start comming in my mind. But i don't know how to control these things 😭😔
