How interesting that revealing the human's aurah is THE FIRST intention of iblis towards mankind. فَوَسۡوَسَ لَهُمَا ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ لِيُبۡدِيَ لَهُمَا مَا وُۥرِيَ عَنۡهُمَا مِن سَوۡءَٰتِهِمَا But Satan whispered to them to make apparent to them that which was concealed from them of their private parts. [Surah Al-A`râf: 20] And how interesting the reminder Allah swt gives to children of Adam, right after history of prophet Adam was revealed - focus on clothing. Not about the fruit of forbidden tree. { يَٰبَنِيٓ ءَادَمَ قَدۡ أَنزَلۡنَا عَلَيۡكُمۡ لِبَاسٗا يُوَٰرِي سَوۡءَٰتِكُمۡ وَرِيشٗاۖ وَلِبَاسُ ٱلتَّقۡوَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ خَيۡرٞۚ ذَٰلِكَ مِنۡ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَذَّكَّرُونَ } O children of Adam, We have bestowed upon you clothing to conceal your private parts and as adornment. But the clothing of righteousness - that is best. That is from the signs of Allah that perhaps they will remember. [Surah Al-A`râf: 26]
Here is one dalil that not only zina itself is haram. But going NEAR fahsya' is haram. { ۞قُلۡ تَعَالَوۡاْ أَتۡلُ مَا حَرَّمَ رَبُّكُمۡ عَلَيۡكُمۡۖ وَلَا تَقۡرَبُواْ ٱلۡفَوَٰحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنۡهَا وَمَا بَطَنَۖ ... Say, "Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohibited to you. ...And do not approach immoralities - what is apparent of them and what is concealed. [Surah Al-An`âm: 151]
