    I loved this! I have had a slam ball for a while but did know really what to do with it except for the classic slams. This was amazing! I feel it all over my body. I will be coming back. Thank you! PS -- I am from the United States -- currently in Pennsylvania. I subscribed -- can't wait to do more!

    How much kg slam ball do you prefer to recommend for beginners 6 to 8 kg pls suggest?

      Probably 6kg if you’re under 170lb or beginner, 8kg if over or more advanced.

    How much calories does it burn?

      Maybe 800kcal/hour so let’s say 250kcal ish. Very variable depending how big you are
