good first impressions video but none of these people seem to be “chair experts”, title is a bit misleading, was expecting more of an engineer/medical professionals perspective if that makes any sense

Our company is one of the largest remanufacturer / refurbishers of high end (mainly Steelcase & Herman Miller) office chairs in the country. We remanufacture many thousands of chairs every year, and every person in this video works hands-on, tearing apart and rebuilding these chairs every day. I think every people who knows what is Cheap/Medium/Hight end chairs feels that this one is a Medium Range for a Hight End price. How did Herman Miller validate this?
Yeah doesn't look great even from a quick glance. Really hoping Steelcase will start pumping out new products soon because I'm really eager to see evolution in their product line.
I was really hoping that this chair would've been better received and I had plans to buy this, but looking at the reviews made by your panel, there's of course second thoughts, given the cost of this chair, what would've been a better replacement that I should put my money on? Preferably with a headrest as I spend 12+ hours working on my computer at home.
Go for the gaming embody I recently got mine and its great. It doesnt come with a headrest however Atlas is planning to release a headrest for the embody by the end of this year/early next year.
I seond that. I was going to go with the gaming embody but realizing they only depend on their warranty so just decided to go with noblechairs. Worst case I get a new chair every couple of years and still would be the same price point.
Some one should get fired for designing this chair/price point. Solid $300 chair and that is it. I was going to go with the embody till I seen this one and just realized all their prices is way high just because of the warranty and that is it. So decided to go with another company.
Every time I see this chair it looks even cheaper looking than the last time. This thing looks like it should cost $300.
For $630 I would say its tough to beat. Especially with a 12 year warranty.
Sad that this chair is a disappointment.
Is time to lower prices now.

Yea it's definitely a chair that needs to be reevaluated.
This looks more like my old Staples Hyken than a Herman Miller Embody.
Nothing there makes me want to swap that out for my Gesture. Still can't believe I watch YT vids about chairs... lol

@6:22 my seat adjustment lever when pulled, I can't slide the seat out, even when not seated... it's like literally stuck to the back....
