That's a great detailed review, the part with the gamepad show that you've tested it on the real condition and also show that "chair made specifically for gamers" is only a marketing sentence. In Europe The Vantum is almost double the price of the Sayl (1300€ VS 700€) The choice is not difficult to do.
It was love at first sight when I saw this chair. I was so disappointed with so many reviewers echoing your concern about seat depth. I went into a Herman Miller store to test it out for myself. They had it setup with a height adjustable desk with Logitech keyboard and mouse to get the full gaming experience. The first thing the sales person says is "do you need to sit in the chair for around 8 hours a day?" He immediately acknowledged this isn't a great comfort chair. Being at 6ft, that depth issue is a deal breaker for sure. Everything else about it I thought was great. Even if it came down (again) in price, I could still not get it.
Herman Miller has a great reputation of standing behind their warranty - so in that respect, yes, you should be good. That said, quality-wise - based on what we are seeing - I would definitely expect to be utilizing the warranty at some point.
@@CrandallOfficeFurniture okay awesome! I have logitech embody chair coming in ! Looks like I made the right choice! HM really dropped the ball on the vantum chair… I don’t think 🤔 this char was thought out throughly … especially with that seat depth
I'm so glad I didn't wait for the Vantum and picked up a Steelcase Gesture for around 800.- fully loaded 1 week ago.
Should I spend $600 for it
@@xboxgamerz22 If you have the money and you need it? Why not? But test it before.
@@PyCoder82 I have a gesture before that I bought for 400 and sold it for 450.
@@xboxgamerz22 big baller moves
It’s $600 now.

A recline that isn't around 180*, and the durability of an 00's era Mad Catz...
Really weird step back from an amazing company.
100%
Is insignia chair good
HM gives 12 yrs warranty including labor and parts, so qualitywise, should be good, right?

We agree 100%
That lumbar support is really iffy lmao.
Yea not the best built lumbar out there for sure.
I am just here to admire what a hot cub the guy is. 😝
The person that thinks this glorified Staples chair is worth $1,000 is the same kind of person that pays $44 billion for a $19 billion company. 😉😂
It's all about that goodwill
Are you talking about elon? Leave him alone buddy
Nah.. Elon has an Embody or a Fern 100% lol
I bought this 2nd hand on facebook market for $500 canadian ($369USD). Hopefully, for the price I bought it, it is worth it.
That's not too bad actually.
