Trying the smart supplement to achieve better brain health, to in turn give me benefits like: deeper sleep, improved alertness, better mood, reduced inflammation, stronger immune system, clearer complexion, healthy brain function, improved resilience to stress. Here's my experience so far after 2 months.
Hi Jane, you're welcome. I've just started my 7th month of these supplements and I wouldn't go back. I have been sleeping the best and the deepest in a long time and my fatigue is virtually non existent. I hope they are as good for you as I've found them to be.
You're welcome. Sorry to hear about your anxiety and PTSD, I too have developed anxiety since my MS diagnosis but tend to do lots of different things to get around it. You might find this an interesting read, it's the Co founders story www.yourheights.com/blog/heights-hq/dan-murray-serter/
YAY FLYNN!!! He's trying to steal your shine Laura.😃 I may have to look into these supplements. I would love to replace the many different supplements I take with just a couple capsules. As far as sleep goes, for the past year I been getting the best sleep I've ever gotten in decades. I'm kind of addicted to the really deep, restful sleep and the extremely vivid dreams. I haven't slept like this since I was a child. My big problem is acutely falling asleep. I have tried EVERYTHING, My brain and body says GOODNIGHT, but I will just lay there and stare into the dark for an hour or two. My sleep schedule is basically that of a damn vampire.😕 Thank again Laura. Stay beautiful!
Flynn's snozzle is everywhere I go 😂.. Before you make any decisions, just do your own bit of research into these supplements. There's so much information online, but the Smart Supplement is designed to improve cognitive function and make a real difference to brain health and that's what I wanted. You're right though, taking just two capsules is far better than about eight that I used to take (and then probably forgot!) That's so cool that you are getting deep sleep already, isn't it so amazing! I am also addicted to the sleep and probably didn't realise just how good it can get. Sometimes I used to lie there awake for ages when I got into bed but now I'm ready to go to sleep when I get into bed. I do have a good, consistent routine though so it probably helps. Try a spray of lavender on your pillow. Have you heard of valerian? It's a totally natural herb which treats insomnia, anxiety, depression, and headaches. These used to work for me when I needed to 'drop off' to sleep. Keep me posted on how you get on and what you decide. Keep well 💪 Link to information
I’m looking at using these soon , cutting down my supplements and taking one multivitamin. The b1 and b2 seems quite high. I will only be taking one a day
Thanks very much. I tried them for 2 months and gave up because of the cost but I am considering going back to them. In general unless I’m tracking my behaviour and routine is struggle to notice any difference of a supplement but once I came off of them I did notice a difference in the following weeks. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Hi, you're welcome. The experts recommend supplementing for at least three months for the nutrients to absorb, and for any deficits to start to be replenished, it's around month 3 that you really start to notice changes in sleep, improved memory and more energy (that was certainly true for me) I'm on my fourth month now going into my fifth and honestly I haven't felt better. Cost wise yes they seem expensive, however if you do the 3 month paid plan it works out to £33 a month. That's £1 a supplement. I have stopped buying other things that I no longer need because I feel like if I take these, my brain is having a fighting chance to get all the nutrients it needs. I believe in it that much! The way we treat our brains today-has a direct impact on the health of our brains in 10, 20, 30, or 40 years to come. Good luck and I hope you try them out again 🧠🌿
I had seen the video but just now read the description and do not know if you mentioned it in the video but are you aware that several treatments for ms revolve around weakening or suppressing the immune system because there is a portion or portions of the immune system that malfunction and turn on and attack the central nervous system and as a result cause ms? In short you might be increasing the strength of the part of your immune system that is causing the symptoms of your ms making it worse, this in addition to strengthing the portion of immune function that still works as it should and is beneficial for your non-ms overall health. Just a thought. Forgive my long winded rant. Best of luck.
Hey Laura, how are you ? Honestly I never tried "supplements" that helped my sleep, my doctor began prescribing anti-depressants for me years ago, and all of them influence my sleep drastically by making it "dreamless" for the most part (note that I used to dream almost every night before the anti-depressants.) I would be flying from joy if you told me that these supplements made you dream more while taking anti-depressants. 😁 Thanks for sharing the experience !
Hey Mohammed, I'm well thanks and grateful for another beautiful Sunday Sunday 😊. Hope you are OK too. I suppose that what heights have tried to achieve is putting every single vitamin, mineral and the highest quality omega 3 oil into just one capsule, instead of having about 50 different types in your cupboard. I was prescribed anti - depressants about 14 years ago because I simply ticked the 'right boxes' on a sheet of paper that the Dr gave me to fill out. I took them for 2 weeks and realised that I felt numb. That wasn't what I needed, so I never took another anti-depressant tablet ever again after that. That's probably why your sleep was dreamless, because they dull down your brain. These supplements only add to your brain health, not take away from it. But I know people that are on anti-depressants and they absolutely work for them so people need to do what's right. So I can't tell you if you'll sleep better on these with anti-depressants, but I can guarantee that what heights say is every ingredient in the Smart Supplement is in a dose that will make a difference. Good luck with flying 😊
Its neat to see people who have the ability to try out things to see if they are beneficial. I know what you mean about having vivid dreams! Years ago I tried naltrexone for a year or so, and the dreams were unreal! Until they tapered off I was actually afraid to go to sleep. Do these supplements have naltrexone in them? At any rate it is cool seeing someone who is cautiously optomistic but still encouraged by different things and hopeful about their future. I hope it works out for you. Best of luck.
Hello 👋 No these supplements don't have any naltraxone in them, in fact they are the highest quality plant based vitamin which contains 20 essential vitamins, minerals, healthy fats and antioxidants and only uses the highest-quality ingredients available. I wouldn't try anything else, especially considering that I try to do everything medication free. A deficiency in certain vitamins has shown that it can be harder for your body to produce the sleep hormone melatonin, which is why these supplements are creating the deeper sleep. Vivid dreams are amazing and it's so cool to see how your brain unwinds, although you want it under natural circumstances I think. Hope you are sleeping well now and thank you for your encouraging message 😊

This looks interesting, I have MS and since that diagnosis 5 years ago I've developed severe anxiety and PTSD. Thankyou for the info ☺️

Thanks Laura, just ordered some. I will always look on an MS’ers experience more than others.
Hi Tony, I really hope you will see the benefits, I think you will. Let me know how you get on with them
Hi Tony, hope you are keeping well. I was just wondering how you were finding the supplements so far?
Thanks Laura, I just reordered myself 👍

Were you ever offered Cerebrolysin for "brain repair"? I think it was also tried in MS patient.
No I wasn't, haven't heard of this before
