    I had a problem of herniated disc with L5 compression in June last year & though i’m much better now, i still experience back pain.. Will these exercises be advisable for me? And also i’d like to know if these will help in reducing the chest size?

    Ma'am I need ur help plz.... My weight is 46kg, 5 feet height. am 40 years now. I didn't had a belly fat problem all these days but since from 1 year am taking online classes because of that my belly size is increasing day by day. My body is thin as before but my belly size is changing. Which exercise is best plz tell me. Am doing some exercise my body weight is coming down but not the belly size. What to do ma'am....?

      Agar apko koi problem nahi hai to kar sakte ho, jab start karo to 1-2 din observe karna, agar koi problem nahin horahi to continue karna
