I seem to find it easier to do right side over the left so am practicing even while sitting to try & reinforce my BRAIN to do so on autopilot

Hello I have chrondromalacia patella I was diagnosed by the doctor today But it doesn't only hurt in the knee area it also hurts in the front of the whole lower leg around the shin bone till the ankle area and its hard to walk or even stand. Is it supposed to happen in chrondromalacia patella?
Hi @pindikaburgerz, sorry to hear about the pain you're feeling. The best thing to do right now is to offload your knee, maybe look at getting on crutches for at least a week, the main goal should be to give your knee some time to reduce in inflammation.
It’s hard to walk when it’s bone on bone and foot issues as well. Appreciate your videos, especially about glute strengthening. I used to swim 3xs a week but the stuff they put in the water really irritates.

Yes to the four "R" program and adding reps of deep squats works wonders for opening up the knee joints even further 👍
I noticed after I ride my bike, my knee does hurt.
