Thank you for the positive comments, hopefully people will understand how much BSA has done for this country and how much was sacrificed by a very brave group of people. Thank you BSA and Thank you one and all. Stay safe Andy.

My Friday ritual - get the kids off to school, walk the dogs then sit down to watch the latest AAR vid. Doesn't usually include a tear in my eye also though. What a moving tribute Andy, I could tell you were quite emotional and you can tell BSA that you've sold them at least one...looked it up and ordered form my local gun shop. Well done and thank you sir!

Brilliant introduction Andy! The history lesson was not just highly informative but also very humbling, it was also noted in the end credits that women as well as men tragically lost their lives that night, take a bow sir! Very well presented, and the rifle ? Wow, absolutely stunning!

WOW! This week's history lesson was absolutely epic! Never been personally into BSA airguns - but this showed at least why it is good for one to have the decency to respect BSA.
Just an awesome episode off AAR this week. THANK YOU!

I used to play down beside the BSA works in the late 60's and when you could get through the fence (which I never did) there were loads of 303 stocks and barrels and the old leather ammo pouches which we then used to play with. Then later on in years I watched the demolition of the BSA factory it was heart breaking if you lived that side of the city you new someone who worked there. Or done their apprenticeship there, things are forgotten so quickly now a days with not a thought for the people who enabled us to have the luxuries we take for granted now. Thank you Andy

Thank you from 'across the pond ' in the US for a poignant reminder of why all we are so fortunate, and how common people help to change the world by their decisions & actions. Here in the US we sometimes forget that things might have gone differently in the world - the entire world, mind you - had you in the UK not shown so much grit and determination before we belatedly got involved in working with you and preserving freedom in that conflict. Thank you, UK. You have so much to be proud of. We all work best together.

What a brilliant video, the history of B.S.A factory brought a tear to my eye, the turds that gave this a thumbs down have no respect for hero's and should take a long look in the mirror. if you don't like B.S.A guns, the history lesson alone should be enough to give it a thumbs up. Well done Andy.

That was a beautiful show, thank you. My Nan worked at BSA when the bombings took place, she survived. When my dad entered the workforce, he apprenticed as a toolmaker at BSA. Eventually emigrating to Canada, my father would tell of his time there and other history’s of BSA. He hated guns because of war, and would not allow me an air rifle as a youth. Time has passed, he has passed. The great stories of a proud Englishman still ring fresh in me, his son. I am now an avid target shooter and adore your shows. Keep up the fantastic job you do and thanks again for one of my favourite episodes. Unfortunately where I live, Canada, we don’t have an importer of BSA or I would surely and very proudly own one. Keep well
    Ted Miles

My family lived by the BSA when it was bombed. The Germans used the view of the moonlight in the canal as a guild to follow’ to find Armoury Road in Small Heath. My nan told me of a family who drowned in their air raid shelter when the canal burst it banks, after being bombed. Ive bought one of the rifles you mentioned , in memory of all the people who lost their lives. God bless. Dave chubb

A really great review and well put together. I was born in Birmingham 70yrs ago and have been a fan of BSA air rifles from the moment dad brought home a second hand Airsporter that he’d bought from a chap in the pub for a “fiver”. Did I want it? You bet. I’ve never lost my affection for the brand but what surprises me is how few people know that the Germans concentrated so much of their bombing on that area. It was only this year that I watched a documentary setting out the history as Andy described it and the fact that Birmingham was rarely if ever mentioned so as not to give the Germans any indication of how successful they might have been. Even mom and dad who had connections to both Kynochs and Dunlop’s never mentioned how focused the bombing had been. A very well kept secret.
As for air rifles while I’ve had dozens of makes + models over the years I’ve never lost my love for the early Airsporters and I wonder whether BSA have ever thought of doing a 21st century engineered version that looked exactly the same as the early models ( no frills ). There’s a lot of us that still think the early ones were the most beautiful springer ever designed.
A memorable review of a great British company - thanks Andy.

Thank you Andy. Great bit of remembrance and nothing shameful about being reminded about how lucky we all are to have the freedoms we have because of the many sacrifices of others.
What a rifle too I was smitten as soon as I saw the colour. With just 160 made I never thought I would be in with a chance but just found out that my email and phone message scattergun approach has worked as I have managed to secure one of those beautiful rifles. One very happy and fortunate man.

I purchased a BSA R10SE about one and a half years ago. It's right hand walnut in 177cal. I haven't had one single problem with it. It's quite and extremely accurate with anything over 10gr. It's FAC power, as I live in the USA.
Your reviews were a big influence on my purchase. Also I love history. The smell of real wood and leather are intoxicating and England does it beautifully. I oil the stock with walnut oil. It smells fantastic as the sun warms things up. My strap is leather. The build quality is outstanding and the rifle is a pleasure to use.
More people need to buy this wonderful brand. They will not be disappointed.
Thanks brother for your excellent video. I learned a lot about BSA that I didn't know. People owe it to BSA and the UK 🇬🇧 to support them.
God bless you and your family. 🇺🇸

Hi Andy, for a quickly put together episode all I can say is a big thank you, well done, brilliant and how fitting at this time of year especially the history lesson. It’s great to hear the value that BSA has brought for you and us all to enjoy such reviews without authorities dictating what can and can’t be said in this current era. Without great British companies such as BSA who knows where we’d all be today or under whose rule!
That aside the CLX looks amazing and even if I never manage to purchase one I’m sure that those that do will have as much pleasure as you showed in your show.
Andy, thank you for a very moving and exciting report, thank you to BSA and thank you to all who support your show in producing what I believe to be the best one made to date. 👍

Just to clarify I have picked up my 160th edition .22 CLX today which I’m over the moon with as I’ve managed to get the 160th on my serial number but it didn’t come in two boxes as yours did, I got one plain cardboard box with the rifle case in with everything in it.

Very moving, very poignant and wonderfully delivered. BSA was and is part of our freedom. Lest we forget.

I have a Ruger 10/22 with black pepper laminate. It just goes with any rifle. My favorite too.

Brilliant video. Good on you for the remembrance chapter and history lesson at the top. Here's to the splendid hearts who were there in the war years. We will remember them.

I've watched every single review you've done and enjoyed them all, however this is the best review to date.
Loved the history lesson on Birmingham Small Arms, I've never been a fan of BSA but after watching this review im hooked.
Plus the new side lever is a game changer.
Keep up the good work Andy and keep it real as you always have.
