Great video, Mat. The CLX was a serious contender for me as my first pcp but I’ve finally gone with an RM8. First impressions after about 400 pellets are very promising. 🎄👍
As usual Matt, a very good video. Interesting with regard the night shots, they leave a lot to be seen clearly. The Pard is so much clearer. Merry Christmas.
Hi mate...Thier all gone..love the look of the rifle...I think a grand is a little overboard..if I'm honest..be nice if BSA continue with the sidelever loading..
Hey Mat I can't seem to find the episode about the portable target stand that you use. I was wondering if you can tell me where I can try and get one over here in the US where I live and on another note I've been watching your videos for a while now and been doing alot of airgun hunting since watching. Thanks for all your time of making the videos and keep them coming. Thanks again from Matt in the 🇺🇸
I love my ultra clx, accurate light weight and can easily plink bottle tops at 30+ yards but yes it is short in the distance between but and trigger,I am 6’3” with a long wing span. What really gutted me was after securing one of the 200 first editions they have now brought out the beautiful 160th edition , can’t justify another, lol.
Hey Stephen, both are lovely BSA's, be proud you have one of the first editions, the walnut and 160 clx are both very very desirable airguns going up in value!
Matt please give me your honest opinion on what pcp I should buy. I'm looking at the Wh100 BP or the vulcan tactic 2, uragan or vixen, all sub 12ft lbs in 22. What do you think? Absolutely love your videos.
Hi i see you are now using the FX .i see from our air gun hunters here in South Africa they are using slug liners with the impact, these slugs seem to be hard hitting
Slugs are heavy and heavy weight hits hard with high speed. Shooting slugs with max.12 fps is a no go if you live in the UK unless you have a FAC reg. These guys in Africa shoot with 40fps and more.
When SHTF with these covid vax's and such. When my family and I can't go to the grocery stores anymore, at least my dog will have meat with the teaching I've learned here. Kudos from Minnesota! This is invaluable. I mean that. Worst case, that stuff doesn't happen, and I can provide for myself and my family anyways in a nightmare situation. While the rest of the mindless eater are out raiding. I'll be eating fresh meat, and my husky wont be vegan. CHEERS!!!! :)
Commemorative edition or not. The BSA Ultra has still a way to short front stock for a good hold. The stock should continue all the way to the end of the air tube. I see it all the time, in every video, that one hand is holding the air tube. Not only BSA but more brands are going for "the look"in the PCP race. The priority from BSA was here appearance and a little bit of less weight above comfort and precision. Think if you put a sling on the Ultra and have it hanging on your shoulder? The barrel/moderator will be way above your head and will catch every branch in the woods. Where is the checkering for just in front of the trigger? I know, There was no other place to put it. Is it regulated? No. There is way better on the market for less money. For 999 pounds you buy also two high quality springers and you skip the bottles, compressor and leaking O-rings and gaskets.
Good morning my dear friends and lovers of PCP FX carbines, just written in your channels, I watch all your videos, I would like to ask for a help to equip my impact FX, here in Brazil I can't find anything for my FX, help me for favor.

I own the clx ultra and its an awesome rifle so accurate more shots per fill it hits everything you point it at well done bsa
A beautiful gun and I'm glad bsa taken the incentive to give it a side lever , love bsa and will never get rid of my super ten,
Thanks 👍👍👍
That BSA looks awesome. Great show Matt
Never go for the "look" is my advise to you. Try, feel, fit, compare and shoot before you spent money.
Glad to see your well, be safe.Tom LI NY
